I recently toured The Bungalows on behalf of my sister and found a warming, homey, friendly and caring environment. The 1 bedroom apartment was a nice size with outdoor access for the resident to get fresh air. The Bungalows was one of the only locations with a designated smoking area for older adults that continue to smoke. The activities list that was shared was full of great opportunities to meet and be with other people. The meal plan was great but was especially nice to have multiple options depending on the time of day. Our tour guide, Belinda, was enthusiastic and was able to provide answers to everything. While my sister is not yet ready I would gladly recommend anyone looking in the area to consider.

The Bungalow’s is such a breathtaking view from afar, & how little did I know beyond the exterior was hiding such an amazing interior. Unfortunately I’ve came upon the crossroad of making a decision for placement of my mother. It’s definitely not the path any of us wish to cross. However, the view I seen often from passing The Bungalow’s gave me comfort to tour the facility. Though the view gave me comfort, my inner thoughts were still optimistic to the inside being just as appealing. Upon entering the facility I was amazed. The view from the outer side gave no justice from what I was witnessing inside. I was greeted promptly & received an amazing well informed tour with Mrs Belinda. She was amazing taking time with me going through the layout of the facility & amenities offered. Not a stone was left unturned. Before actually scheduling my tour Mrs Belinda worked diligent with me over the past few months with my hectic schedule, along with just checking in on my mother & myself. She is such an amazing asset to The Bungalows. Unfortunately with sadness The Bungalow’s isn’t a fit community for my mother. She has dementia. Though she’s in her fourth year of diagnosis the day will come she’ll need the care The Bungalow’s can’t offer. As some may know this disease is still a mystery as to the day my mother will need the care of medical facility. It may be 5 more years or it may only be one. It truly saddens me due to her condition it’s not in her best interest to place her in such a divine place with not knowing when she may have to be moved, again. If you’re looking for alternative living for a dear loved one my recommendation is definitely The Bungalow’s. Schedule a tour. I definitely know you’ll be as amazed as me.

The Bungalows of Jonesboro has been a wonderful place for my mother. A year ago this January my brother and I moved our parents into The Bungalows. My Dad passed in June unexpectedly and the staff rallied around my mom. Their love and care went above and beyond. I’m so very thankful for this wonderful place. The activities, food, staff and residents here are amazing.

I can’t say enough great things about The Bungalows at Jonesboro. My parents moved here the middle of January and were welcomed with love and support from every staff member and resident. They have loved all the activities and most of all the delicious home cooked meals. My father passed away just a few days ago and the love and support from everyone here has been amazing. I know my mom will be able to have brighter days ahead because everyone here is rallying around her. My friends and family cannot get over how amazing everyone here is. This has been such a blessing for us, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a wonderful, loving place to help your loved one in their golden years age with grace a support.

The Bungalows have been a blessing for my mother-in-law. Everyone has been so good to her and made her feel at home everyday . When we call her - her "hellos" are so much more up beat and happy which makes us feel good about her being there. Belinda has been a blessing also to us . She is always happy and willing to help us. The Bungalows are very warm and welcoming. The staff is exceptional especially Belinda. She made my Mother's move seamless. Belinda goes out of her way to help the residents feel at home. The rooms are large and many of the rooms have a patio. My Mother enjoys sitting outside. I highly recommend the Bungalows!

We have found the Bungalows to be a friendly and safe atmosphere for our loved one. The accommodations are top-notch, the food is good, and there is an on-site maintenance man who handles issues immediately. The workers have been very kind and helpful, and even the administrators take a personal interest in our loved one. We are very satisfied with the care, and highly recommend this place.

My mom has been here since December 2022.. She has had several hospital stays and the Bungalows have been really helpful during that time and called us whenever they thought she needed medical care. The food is great there . They also have several choices of activities daily as well as outings. The apartments are really nice and we feel very comfortable with our mom being there. They have a great staff And they are all very friendly and helpful.

We're so fortunate that Moma is a resident at The Bungalows. The staff is top notch. All interactions have been very kind, caring and professional. Every resident with whom I've visited speaks highly of The Bungalows staff. Staff as well as the other residents have made Moma feel so very welcome. She's often mentions how much she enjoys the meals and group activities. The facility is nicely decorated and has a very comfortable, warm atmosphere. My dad has been at the Bungalows for a year and a half and we are very happy with our living arrangements at the Bungalows! The staff is great” so nice and attentive and friendly and aim to please all the residents. There is such a family atmosphere where everyone feels included whether they are in the cafeteria or in the activity room. There are activities opportunities for everyone”trips to the movies or out to eat or going to see Christmas lightys and daily activities of crafts and card playing, etc.! The Holidays are amazing! There is such a festive time at all the Bungalows from New Year’s and Valentine’s Day and they are over the top at Christmas!!!! They have parties and get to gathers during the Holidays and for Birthdays! Our family highly recommends the Bungalows and their staff for someone that needs to transition from their home.

When the time came to look for a place for our loved one we knew we had found the right place immediately!!! Staff is extremely helpful, caring, and understanding. Facility is maintained well. Very clean. There are always activities to help the assisted-living community be more involved with each other. You will witness new friendships form and many smiles and laughter. I highly recommend the Bungalows at Jonesboro. My Aunt loved living there and now a dear friend of mine is enjoying it as well. The staff are professional, kind, and caring! There are always activities or outings for residents to enjoy. The facility is clean, spacious, updated, and a wonderful place for those who are still independent but just need a little more assistance than being at home. PS the food is also great!

My Mom moved into The Bungalows at Jonesboro in 2022. She loves living at The Bungalows. She has made some great friends with staff members and residents. The staff is great at addressing any issues that may come up. They keep the residents active with all different style of activities. Living here helps my Mom feel safe by having all the friendly and helpful staff at her disposal. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped to meet the needs of the elderly. I toured The Bungalows with Belinda and I left with several positive impressions from the visit. It was clean, decorated to the nines, smelled and looked like a high end hotel. The residents were smiling and engaged, the staff were friendly and happy. They did not appear to be understaffed and you could tell they truly care about the residents. The apartment was more than sufficient and my favorite part is the resident's personal patio just off their living room. I would live there in a minute! Belinda is pretty amazing, too!

Morningside is a wonderful resource. They have answered all of my questions about mom. They always take time to explain the best ways for me to communicate sensitive topics with my mother. Morningside knows my mom by name and doesn't hesitate to go to her room if she is not answering her phone. I sincerely couldn't have asked for a more caring facility!

The Morningside of Jonesboro staff are phenomenal! They go above and beyond to assist their residents to make their stay more like home. Morningside staff truly feel like family. Sheila is a true "Angel" in disguise. She takes the time to get to know each resident. Recently she patiently assisted my brother in getting his Alexa reconnected so that he can enjoy his Country Music. She is truly an amazing person. She is definitely an advocate for the residents. She will have many jewels in her crown! During this COVID-19 pandemic, the staff have done an exceptional job in keeping the residents safe as well as entertained. I truly am so thankful for Morningside and the quality of life they have helped my brother have while a resident.

My Mother lived at Morningside for 5 years. The facility and staff are excellent and took great care of Mother. Only because of need for more advanced care and to move Mother closer to family we had to make the difficult decision to mover her. Shelia and her staff are the best. I give Morningside 5 Stars!!
