Bring back the little in- house store for residents. It was so much fun trading our stuff around. We really miss it. Everything else is great . There is a great comradery amongst residents. We enjoy having something to do.

Great place staff is super friendly My mother just started working there as the activity director and with that our entire family is getting involved and i honestly don’t mind giving up a few hour out of my day to volunteer and give some folks a great day. Personally in my opinion the staff is great just with everything going on stress is high and along with staff the residents that stay there are so nice and super welcoming

I am a private caregiver at Morada Ft. Smith. Over all it is what it says it is. I am happy I am able to work inside a place like this. Come check it out. You just may like it and want to stay.

Just visited my mother here on the 1st. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. We had lunch. The staff seemed caring and we had a super sweet (and funny) one working with us. Nice little apartment and they seem to have so much they can do here. Craft room, library, TV area for game night, free washing facilities, visiting areas. Most of all my mother is happy and is treated well.

Picked up a client here. Very well maintained exterior and very nice and comfortable looking interior. Client seemed to be very pleased with the on site staff and maintenance staff.

I went today hoping to interview for employment. Ended up walking and looking at everything (as much as i could) as if in an art gallery. Truly stunning! Though i didnt have an interview scheduled Miss Norma kindly took time to talk to me as well as schedule an interview. Truly the way our seniors deserve to retire. I was able to visit with a resident( as we walked out together) and found he is happy there and hadnt known any who werent! Straight from those with wisdom! Refreshing to experience!

We chose Butterfield for my husbands father 18 Months ago. He was suffering with Dementia but still knew who his family was and needed to be close. There are vendors onsite to administer meds, check on daily necessities and ensure the residents get a good meal. The food is good, we were allowed to eat with him anytime we wanted. I have to disagree that this facility is a glorified nursing home. While it is not inexpensive in the least its not near the cost of a 24, 7 care unit. We unfortunately have to move our family member because he is not getting the level of care he now needs, we were never told that this place could handle the final stages of Dementia so we knew it was eventually going to happen. As far as the décor, this is nice, well kept and the staff will do their very best to accommodate needs. We truly love the prior manager Bobby and the Assistant Manager Jennifer. We havent had many occasions to get to know the new manager as our family member is not out and about as much as he used to be.....I would recommend Butterfield to anyone wanting a nice place for their parents.
