I have only been here a few times but the staff is always really friendly and it is always kept clean. They greet you upon arrival and take your temperature and you have to fill out a covid screening before entering further, as well as wear a mask. There is always someone available nearby to help with anything if you have questions. The residents seem happy and well taken care of.

The staff there is excellent , they really care about there residents. As my Mom always said and the foods good to. They make your loved ones feel like they are family. I know theres a lot of new places being built in Fayetteville and yes we need more but I also know what kind of care they get at Brookstone , on a scale from 1-10 Id sure give them a 10.

We are so thankful that my mother was able to spend the last months of her life at Brookstone. The administration and staff could not have been nicer or more supportive. She received excellent care. Everyone did their best to meet her increasing needs while treating her with respect and kindness. I only wish that she had been able to live there a long time and enjoy the many activities and the prevalent family atmosphere. Even the registered nurse from Hospice was complimentary of Brookstones outstanding care. After mother passed away, everyone at Brookstone was so empathetic and kind to us. We will always believe that moving my mother to Brookstone was the best thing we could have done for her at this time. Our sincere thanks and gratitude to the employees at Brookstone.

I moved my dad from two other memory care places in the area due to lack of compassion and care and finally ended up at Brookstone . They are the best , and trust me I have 2 others to compare it to. We moved him from Fort Smith to Fayetteville to get better care . I would send anyone you love here . They have the best nurses and best director . I cannot put into words what a blessing it has been since my dad has been here . Also, the food is great which is a plus . My dad usually has 2 plates !

Brookstone is a beautiful community with a dedicated, compassionate staff. The staff is committed to meeting residents needs and exceeding all expectations. The staff takes the time to get to get to know the residents and family members and are able to create a loving familial environment. My fellow staff members are positive, upbeat and always helpful which is a direct reflection of our management. Every staff member is amazing in their own right but Juanita Swington stands out. As a fellow part time employee, she leaves her mark as being one of the sweetest, hardworking, and most caring members every shift she works. I could go on and on about the amazing management, staff, and residents but I think its pretty clear that anyone would be lucky to be a member of the Brookstone Family!!!!!!

UPDATE, 9-25-2020: We-Brookstone has now gone through 7 months of the COVID19. It initially had limited cases of the Coronavirus - all in Memory Support, where it is extremely difficult to contain residents, but none in Assisted Living. Brookstone immediately got on top of the situation and has not had a case in 3 months, for which I am grateful. The employees continue to be its star point; Id especially like to give a shout-out to Bernice, who is a Personal Care Assistant-CNA there. She has seen to my mother as if she were her own mother, and I appreciate her diligence, devotion and dedication. The food has continued to be delicious, flavorful and enticing to senior people. Although the activities have had to be scaled-back, Brookstone has successfully opened-up small groups of physically-distanced activities to the residents. If your loved one is a kind-of introverted person, as my mother is, the employees there will check in to sit with that resident; something Im thankful for. In the tough times of the pandemic, I still recommend Brookstone whole heartedly! I cannot speak highly enough of Brookstone Assisted Living! My mother was 1st in Assisted Living and has recently moved to the Memory Care area; both have a lot of advantages. The food here is amazing; not only have they been able to put some much-needed weight on my tiny mother, but I and several of our family members have greatly enjoyed dining here. They are more-than-accommodating to the more finicky tastes of the senior population, while attending to their special nutritional needs. Dining is just an extremely pleasurable experience here - breakfast, lunch (called dinner) and dinner (called supper)! Both Assisted Living and Memory Care have a full complement of activities going on every single day, no matter if you are a highly-ambulatory senior who enjoys exercising and walking, or are a more sedentary person who enjoys seated activities. The 24-7 nursing and CNA staff here are all dedicated, compassionate people who have specialized understanding of older adults. The staffing here is designed to cover all needs, including transportation. Brookstone just keeps impressing me with their devotion and allegiance to all of their residents! A huge thumbs-up to this home away from home for your loved one!

My dad has been living at Brookstone for over a year. He really likes his apartment, being able to socialize with peers and interacting with the amazing staff. The staff members are very friendly and consistently go out of their way to engage with residents and family members. Activities manager, Michelle Agee, regularly plans special themed events to keep up everyones spirits. Even during quarantine, one can find her delivering root beer floats, mocktails, etc...directly to residents rooms. Janet Roy is a lso very helpful and provides on-time transportation services for residents when family members arent able to take their loved ones to appointments. Kim, the lead RN, is extemely attentive and, if needed, will sit with residents to assist them during medical televisits. After the visit, shell contact the family to provide requested updates. Earlier in the quarantine when residents had to eat in their rooms, the Kitchen manager went out of his way to provide a variety of menu options and to ensure the food was warm when delivered. Our family is very thankful for the Brookstone team.

I work in the health care industry and specifically with seniors. Ive had friends in many assisted living facilities in NWA. Brookstone is without a doubt the very best! All the staff are genuine in their desire to care for all their residents. The leadership team maintains a hands on approach. They truly lead by example. My brother and I moved our cousin to Brookstone in 2007 and she would not want to live anywhere else. Our Mother is now living at Brookstone. She is always bragging about how good the food is and how nice everyone treats her. If you have a loved one who needs to move into an Assisted Living Community - you can have the peace of mind that they will be taken care of by skilled, compassionate and caring staff.

I visited Brookstone Assisted Living, and it's very nice. I would live there. I didn't see too many people at that time, but it was a really nice place. We just talked to two ladies while we were there, and they were very nice. The dining area looked very nice, and it was nice and clean. They have a little courtyard area, a community room where they had music, and church service. I think it's a great place.

We visited BrookStone Assisted Living, and it's wonderful. Their rooms were really small, and I'm claustrophobic, so I don't think I could live in a 300-square-foot room for two people. But it's a beautiful community that looked fairly new. The girl who we saw there was really sweet and helpful, and tried to answer all our questions while taking us on a tour. We've seen the small dining area, but they don’t have a high number of people living there. It looked like a nice, intimate dining room, and everything looked great. We think that the price is too expensive for 300 square feet, and the whole place was too small for us.

My father moved into Brookstone Assisted Living. It was very good, and I was very impressed with them. The people are very helpful, the rooms are very nice, they have windows, and you can see out the window; it’s very clean and taken care of. They have a variety of activities. Monday is pet day, they bring in dogs for the residents to pet, they have singing, they have crafts, and they have something different for the residents every day. I know they have meals, and if they want to eat in between meals, all they have to do is mention it, and the staff will prepare it for them. The cost is very affordable.

My father and mother were transfered to Brookstone late last year. Since their transfer, my mother has passed. The entire staff was amazing during this time of trial. The care mentally and physically has been exceptional. The care in all aspects is superior from the individuals that assist with bathing, house cleaning, to the Administration. Food is excellent. Call light are always answered timely. If you want a forever home for ur loved ones, do not hesitate to walk in at anytime. They are the real deal.

Brookstone has provided care for Mother since August 2015. We transferred her from another facility. They have been more consistent with care than I have seen.There is no perfect, but if there were, this would be as close as it gets. My mother will always be my greatest gift. So knowing that she is getting the best is all I can ask for. I was employed for a couple working in this environment where I visited other like properties on a daily basis. Nothing to say negative, but I never wished she was in a different place.Brookstone has provided genuine care, have tailored to my mom's interests. Have kept her active and engaged in daily activities. Provided better than average services. This is a group of good and continuously interested people who I consider my extended family!

Mom was a resident of Brookstone for two years before her death last year. The staff went above and beyond what I had expected of an assisted-living facility, especially at the end of her life. I appreciated the open lines of communication and quick responses when I had questions or concerns. I toured BrookStone in case my parents moved to Arkansas. It's new and very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. It was a fine visit. I really didn't walk around that much. I just went into the office, talked for a while, and left. However, it looked very nice. It looked dignify and comfortable. A couple of residents that I saw were very happy. I didn't see anybody looking sad. Everybody was relaxed and happy.

We reviewed all the ratings, the state licensure and regulatory reviews. That all checked out, but reality is, that is the bare minimum. It’s about the people- the caring of the staff is what makes the facility as good as it is. They are always there to talk about what is important to our mother or our angst about the progression of her disease. It is truly a home for her and will remain her home until she moves to her next level of need.

The staffs at Brookstone Assisted Living were friendly and informative. Everything was good, but my parents had a hard time making a final decision to change their lifestyle. It is a good place, and it is clean. The people are friendly and helpful. The last time I talked to them, they only had one apartment left, but my parents are still not in that mode where they are ready to make a decision. It has a friendly atmosphere, and it is clean and laid out well. They have transportation and a beauty salon. I was both pleased and impressed with the visit.

Brookstone has provided excellent care for both my mother and my father They provide activities that keep the residents engaged in an active lifestyle. My mother especially appreciates the music and church related activities. She has many friends there and considers it her home. I don't worry about mom since she moved there. The one suggestion I would make is to replace some of the common area furniture with "senior friendly seating." It is a difficult for some of them to get up from the chairs. Brookstone has been a blessing for our family. We look all over this area at assisted living for our mother. Brookstone was recommended to me from a client of mine who had one of their parents who had been a resident in the pasted. I have been amazed at how clean and fresh it smells every time you walk in. Mom has become active in the exercise class and she really enjoys the church bible study on Wednesday. The only complaint she has ever made was they eat to early every meal, but I notice this week that has changed and she is very pleased. I just want to say that it all starts with a good leader and Charlotte has put a not good but a great team in place to see that all our parents/grandparents get nothing but the best care.
