Avenir is a blessing! Since I started working with this company and the new management this facility has had major improvements! The morale is going up. My Mom had fallen and broken her hip for the second time. We had to send her from Hospital to Nursing Home for physical therapy, We needed to find a place for her after with Memory Care. I had known Tim Lindsey, Denny Ledger and the management team from working at cox communications. They were professional and offered good options. My Mom has been at Avenir since February. The Nursing Staff has really been better than anywhere. They have called when my Mom was having a bad day. Let me know any needs, and every time no matter what time of day or night, have been active and professional. Their Activity Director Lonnie is very gifted person and as well is way over the top, finding local events to charter and cater to the patients so they get out and see different things regularly. I got to ride with my Mom to Van Buren on the Train with the group last month. My Mom is happy, her room is beautiful, and I couldnt be more pleased!

Recent staff changes have helped tremendously! Starting from their admin and some nursing staff. The staff seem happier and my loved one seems more happy. The staff seem to be there for residents now and do extra things to make their lives a little better. Shes clean and happy and My family is actually getting calls back from nursing now which is a drastic change from just a few months ago where we would have to call someone higher up to get a response from nursing. Its consistent now and more professional. Change is good sometimes and this is a great change!

Theyre taking great care giver of my stepfather! Considering that, his crazy broke neighbors are trying to get what they can with a man that has dementia and Alzheimers dieses!! A dear friend!! Haha just struggling so called artists scamming anyway they can! Pay for your own retaining wall that failed that you are responsible for, just like your own life!! Some of these people in EUREKA are crazy!! Thank you neighbors on prospect!! Get a job and take care of your own problems, its time to GROW UP!!Clarity point has been absolutely amazing!! So stand down on your poor choices in your life and let my stepdad live the rest of his, without people that are sane and act more disabiled then he is! Thank you REBECCA and KIETH for making our father Ken Fugate death an opportunity for you and making this whole life struggle even harder!! Cheers to you!!
