We are so pleased with the care and compassion our mother has received since her arrival in 2011. The staff always treats her with respect and dignity even on the most difficult of day; always having her best interests in mind. Our mother is now in the Royal Haven part of Regency Point. While requiring more assistance than when she first arrived, her needs are always met by friendly staff that make her feel important. Last week, the residents family were encouraged to bring a few personal items to put in a shadow box on their family members door. All of the staff helped to assemble the shadow boxes, while stopping to attend to the residents as needed. These are some of the things they do to make each resident feel at home. Their kindness and professionalism has been greatly appreciated and we would highly recommend Regency Point. It is such comfort knowing our family member is well taken care of at all times.

My Mom will be moving in to Regency Pointe in a few weeks and our entire family has been so happy with the experience. We have been on the waiting list for several months so Stephanie has shown the facility multiple times to different groups of family members always with a smile. We visited every available establishment for senior living in the Birmingham area and were about to give up when Mom found her new home. We look forward to a new beginning for her.

My husband and I have lived at Regency Pointe for 5 months. I have often compared living here to being on a cruise ship. But actually it is better than that! The activities and partys are even better. The food is just right and there are good friends at every turn. We feel blessed to be here and are grateful to be living close to our granddaughters.

Regency Pointe in Rainbow City has been my home for ten years and I love it here! The facility is completely filled at the present time; however, people move from time to time for different reasons. Here at Regency Pointe we have planned meals, activities, security, church services, transportation, and much more! Regency Pointe is a five star beautiful facility surrounded by hills and located close to the Coosa River. Check us out!

Before I chose Regal Place at Regency Pointe for my 96 year-old Mother, I visited numerous assisted living facilities near family in Etowah,Calhoun, Shelby, Jefferson and Baldwin Counties. Regency Pointe was far and away the best bang for the buck! I found few places that actually offered apartments; most were single rooms with bathrooms, a few with a refrigerator. The two that had apartments were out of Moms price range. Since Mother moved in the day after Christmas, I have found the staff to be friendly, caring, and helpful. Mother also adds efficient and thoughtful. The meals are nutritious and flavorful. The staff does not hesitate to call me if there is any concern. None of wants to go to AL, but if necessary, I would choose Regency Pointe. In fact, my husband and I have given thought to the independent living section, which is also very attractive.
