The staff are dedicated, professional, and compassionate. They get to know each resident as an individual and treat them like family. The small size gives residents a greater sense of home away from home. The Director is experienced in working with the elderly and puts much effort into helping new residents adjust to their new home during transition time. The flow of communication is good to keep families abreast of changes or special needs. I am so thankful to have the staff at Gardens of Pelham taking care of my Mother! Sherry, family member

Gardens of Pelham is a caring warm facility.The staff really loves the residents and care for them like family. My Mother-in-Law has been a resident here for almost 4 years. Thanks to the care and attention she has received, she will be 100 years old in 2 months! I highly recommend Gardens of Pelham.

My father-in-law received excellent care at Gardens of Pelham. He was the oldest resident there at the time, and the staff made every effort to make him feel special. I think, though, that they make every resident feel special. My husband and I were very favorably impressed with the staff and the fact that they really seemed to love their jobs. The facility has a very homey atmosphere, is clean and cheerful, and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. I might add that my father-in-law always told us that the food was very good, and I think he was especially fond of the cooks. Mary Neff does an excellent job, and my husband and I would highly recommend Gardens of Pelham.

I can’t say enough about the care my mother received at The Gardens of Pelham over the past 2 years. The staff is lead by the best administrator ever, Mary Neff. Mary and her staff provide a caring and compassionate environment for all of the residents.

Gardens of Pelham has been a beautiful provision for my mother-in-law since May 2018! The Gardens was the first Assisted Living Home I checked into when we knew we had the need. We toured other facilities as we were so new to the world of Assisted Living, but ended up discovering that where we had begun was the gem! Mary Neff is the best! She is knowledgeable, thorough and passionate about what she does! She truly loves the residents! They say that any organization reflects its leadership, and I believe this is very true at the Gardens of Pelham! Marys authentic passion for the residents and her commitment to excellence in administration and detail filter down through the employees to the residents! What peace we know in having Mary and the Gardens linking arms with us as a family to provide the best quality of life for our Mom in her later years! How grateful we are!

This facility has been home to my mom since October. She has been so well cared for! The staff is WONDERFUL. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. When Mom became ill, they contacted us right away. She is now recovering in a rehab center, nursing home that has not given her the level of care she receives at Gardens so she (and we) can’t wait for her to get back!!

If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further. I highly recommend Gardens of Pelham. The excellent staff, headed by the wonderful administrator, Mary Neff, is compassionate and caring. I drop in a couple of times a week to visit my uncle and the facility is always neat and clean. Also, the meals are yummy...just like mamas. Rest assured, your mom and, or dad will be in good hands.

My Daughter and I knew after our first visit that this was our place for mother. We kept getting signs. From the friendly staff, to a Yorkie puppy named Bella meeting us at the door (to finding out later that Bella has the same Dad as my Yogi and Ella - Romeo by and Carol Ann), hummingbird picture (our sign for my deceased dad) to open the window in her room to the back yard with a bird feeder. Our move is this Thursday after a long journey with my Mom who is still on the mend. Cant wait for her to make new friends, play bingo and Rook, sit on the porches and feeling like she has found a special place.

All of the employees at the Gardens are very nice and helpful. Mary does a great job of communicating with the families to let them know how things are going. My in laws are in the best health than they have been in a while after moving in a few months ago. If you are looking for a place for someone elderly I would plan a visit.

Such a wonderful facility with some amazing residents. I have worked at the facility for 4 years and I must say that I have loved every minute of spoiling my residents! My goal is to help them stay as active as possible. This facility is very close and family oriented. The residents are my family away from home. The staff is very hard working and we work together as a team to make sure that the residents are happy. I am very honored and thankful for my job and the time that I get to spend with my residents!

Ive worked for ms.vickie over a year and let me tell you out of all the other jobs ive had i have never enjoyed working for another boss as much as Vickie Moseley she brings fun and enjoyment to the sweet residents and employs she is around and as good as she runs the gardens of clanton im sure the pelam facility is more than happy with what she brings to it.she loves her residents this i am sure of and i enjoyed every moment i shared with them also and hope someday i will be able to work for her again its just hard right now with 3 kids and no babysitter
