Had an amazing experience with Eileen Rushing while getting my mother settled into her new place. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and we are thrilled to have them taken care of my mom!

Ms. Eileen is the best. Very knowledgeable and does what she says she will do. She was our lifeline in a very stressful time. She will walk you through the whole process of registering and receiving your loved one. . My father has been there just over a week but so far the staff has been so great. He has dementia a long with other challenging factors and can get confused and agitated. They have been handling his care with understanding.

My brother has been there for two weeks. He had a stroke and can't use his right arm or leg. It was stated that he would receive physical, speach. and occupational therapy, So far the first 9 days, he only had 1 bath and no physical therapy. One day this past week, he was put in a recliner in his pajama bottoms @ 4:30 am and my sister was there at 10:00 am and no one had been in to check on him. William said that he had not had any physical therapy while he has been there. The nurse at the front desk said that he had therapy everyday, which was incorrect. My sister got to questioning about therapy and he did get it that day. All he does is lay in bed or sit in a chair. My sister was told that sitting in the recliner was therapy.

I am SO thankful for everyone at TLC that helped with taking care of my sweet Nana. I can't think of one complaint. They took such good care of her and she felt so loved. It's a blessing to know your loved one had the best care until the very end. I will forever be thankful for them!

I drove out to Alabama from Georgia to visit my cousin. Let me tell you this place is the best place to be at what some would call the hardest time of their life. Aside the beautiful & homey feel of the place itself the staff deserve 5 stars alone! From nurses & supervisors to house keeping & the CNA's. With the games & involvement they have with their patients make these hard times a little easier! Thank you TLC!
