This is an absolutely amazing assisted living community! There is an amazing staff that cares for the residents as if they were their own family. Also, there is a beautiful courtyard coupled with a large garden for residents to enjoy a farm to table meal! If you or anyone you know may be looking for senior living community, I highly recommend The Gardens of Waterford.

The Gardens of Waterford is an excellent assisted living and memory care community here in Montgomery, AL with vibrant staff and residents. please take care of these sweet folks, they need visitors and by law you cannot refuse them visitors or limit the time they spend with them. There mental health is crucial to quality of life, and physical problems should be addressed immediately. I know someone who lives here. They have been refused visitors and how much time they can have with them. They have been refused something to drink, and they had a medical problem that was not treated. Please correct these issues immediately!!

The management team upholds a very professional and responsible duty to each resident and employee. When working at The Gardens of Waterford you must have purpose. All residents at The Gardens of Waterford have a special Dx: that takes love, patience, and kindness. Each second, each minute, and each hour takes time. If you're seeking employment at The Gardens of Waterford make note you must have #Purpose and you must have patience every single day. I am grateful for my time spent at The Gardens of Waterford. I've learned so much about memory care.
