Need to make a complaint about a tenant validating something that has already being told several times not to do. And no one I mean no one is on the property including the temporary maintenance guy. Everyone has been gone for almost 3 hours. From 12p.m. to 2:26p.m.

I would just like to share my experience with coming to the property to visit my aunt who lives at ehw and I must say out of the 3 years she has been living there the new maintenance man Dre has always been polite and respectful whenever I come to visit he is a very hard worker

I was very pleased to See New Management; I Did not Realize that same Management was also for Camilla Gardens. BIG Responsibility with 150 residents combined elderly and Adults with Disabilities but I’m very Hopeful that MICHAELA MALISHAM can Rise to needs that should be Addressing. She seems To be Trying. Their was a issue with my Mother getting a package “ that was not hers and can’t remember where she put it ; they were on it to Find where it went so I do see them improving thief’s in building and being Understanding about her Age and Health issues. I’m definitely Praying The Apartments are Safer now for all Residents including my Mother who has been harassed and was almost assaulted once . I know Independents is still Important as We age. And Residents can be trying ’ But I am so Thankful for this Little Community !!!!

The employees and residents here are kind, helpful and loving people. Several years ago, moving Mom in was a breeze. Now that Mom has passed on, they've been compassionate as well as kind, helpful and loving people. They've made sorting and cleaning Mom's apartment less of a chore just by being themselves. 5+ stars

Looking for a HUD senior/disabled apartment for friend. It was very nice and secure on the campus of Faulkner University. They only lease out to under 62 if you are handicapped in 10 units. She's been there 16 years and never had any openings. Beautiful place and grounds though. At least a year wait on most places that are safe.
