I live in Florida and recently evacuated from a storm. I found myself in Montgomery because all the hotels south of there were already booked. My Mother is a resident at CaraVita Village so I thought I would check and see if they had any extra rooms. I was introduced to Velma. I told her my story of fleeing a hurricane.Much to my delight she told me about STAYCATION. A 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. First thing I noticed coming off the elevator was the smell of new carpet and fresh paint. The apartment was amazing. Not only was there 3 bedrooms and 2 baths but it had a large living room with a fireplace a separate dining area and a large well equipped kitchen. Our stay there was fabulous. I don’t know when I ever felt so catered to or pampered. Colleen, her entire crew and family do a fabulous job of maintaining a very large facility .The food in the dining room was delicious. The entire facility is clean and well run. Thank You CaraVita Village for providing me shelter from the storm and giving me a ‘home away from home” for my family. 5 stars for CaraVita Village. I would recommend this facility to anyone(after all my Mother is a resident of 10 years) Sincerely, Ron Odom

I'm a caregiver there but I work independently. But I always am greeted with a smile from the friendly staff whenever I enter/exit the facility.

I’ve lived here for a year as a retired veteran, very nice place staff are friendly and helpful, nice upkeep, resident’s are friendly, variety of activities and communal gatherings, great food, reasonably priced for a 55 and older unassisted adult community.

Ive been here for four months now and the people here are really sincere.Here we are not treated like tenants but everyone treats us like family, including the staff. And the food here is the best in town, Chef Jose has it down PAT! And there is always something to do to keep us active! This is the GOSPEL TRUTH! I would not recommend another community.

Community is very friendly. We all enjoy each others company and are like a big family. The meals are fabulous! Doctor told me to have balanced meals and that is what I am getting here, not to mention they are delicious! Chef Jose is fantastic! Come for the food, come for the fun!

current owners-management are great. With staff they strive to work out all problems. Plenty to do with other residents. Or if you want the privacy of your own room to read or watch tv the area and grounds are quiet. Food is great. I am very happy and like most everybody here.

Ive lived at CaraVita Village for almost two years and it is my family. Staff and other residents truly care about us . Just like a family we do activities, dine and even go out together.

Ive worked in the kitchen at CaraVita for 6 months now. The experience has been enjoyable so far. The other employees are fun to work with and I like being around the residents and helping them. Chef Jose has been great to work for and the dining room is always full. I also enjoy the amenities on my off days, like going to the pool. Id definitely recommend this community!

CaraVita Village has the best amenities for the best price in the whole region. You have to pay $2000.00 plus to live at virtually any other facility. This facility has Private Suites, Meals, Transportation, house cleaning, recreation and Special Events. The staff and residents are friendly and support each other. I get to visit with people in the rec rooms and hallways on a daily and nightly basis.

CaraVita has the best price for the best apartment in a range that is affordable. I cannot live at any other Senior facility for this price and have my meals. recreation, transportation and cleaning done.

i moved here in 2015 at the beheft of my Trust. I have seen many changes sweet and bitter. THE STAFF AND MOST OF THE RESIDENTS ARE GONE NOW. we have a new routine now. The most precious part is the residents. A positive mind set helps. Earline Moore likes to remind me of 1954 every time she sees me with my friends. It would be great to have some Christians with a love for souls who could teach Bible doctrine. The food is tasteful. The people are friendly and come from many walks of life. It is an adventure. Come visit. Our eloquent surroundings are nestled in a pleasant community. Bon jour.

My Mom absolutely loved living at Caravita. Her only complaint was the food. The portions were very small and except for the hamburgers and sloppy joes, most of it didn't taste very good. Rice was served too often, the chicken could be tough as a boot, and at times the only thing she could eat was jello and a dessert. It seemed to her that the kitchen was on a limited budget due to the type of food which was served.

I couldn't be happier that my parents are living in this community. The staff are caring and provide a nurturing respectful environment. The management is responsive and supportive, and the premises are very safe. It is a gated community with resident controlled access to all common areas. They provide excellent dining all day and fun activities inside and outside in the surrounding community. Check out the brochure, you will be pleased by all they offer.

My mother, Nellie Newman, has lived here 4 years. The people are very caring especially the staff. The staff also listens to the residents and makes changes according. They make life interesting for the residents. The outings are fun and accessible for all. They also celebrate every special day as well have regular games and meetings.

I AM PARAPLEGIC AND USE TO LIVE AT ANOTHER INDEPENDENT LIVING HERE IN MONTGOMERY. MY HUSBAND CALLED ME AND SAID HE WANTED TO MOVE IN WITH ME AND TO FIND OUT THE COST FOR A TWO BEDROOM. I TOLD HIM $3400 PER MONTH. HE SAID " NO " LET'S GO LOOK FOR A CHEAPER PLACE. WHEN WE CAME OVER TO CARAVITA VILLAGE WE WERE AMAZED! NOT ONLY WAS IT CHEAPER BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! WE LOVE LIVING HERE AND WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

We really enjoyed our visit to Caravita. The residents were a delight and such a joy to be around. The staff we encountered were friendly and enthusiastic. The residence was clean and the grounds kept up well.
