I am a difficult patient because I pee constantly and someone had accused her of not changing me when she, in fact, did wonderful job of keeping me dry. the fact that I get wet so ofter. My mother,Betty.T. Drake is currently doing rehab here. She had a fall at home,ended up with a partial hip replacement and is now busying charming everyone that gets near her. Lol! John Stoner (& family come daily and bring her faithful hound-Buddy. There are rules, his records had to be up to date & filed w/the office. Mother is very well taken care of, her room is neat as a pin and overlooks an inner courtyard so she can look outside. They provide wonderful meals, just wish her appitite was better. She is doing inhouse rehab training! Wrist weights for arm strenghtening. The staff: Man oh man, best bunch of nurses, techs, from the 1st shifters I've met to the late shift when she arrived in the wee hours of 4am. By the time she was transfered from Spine & Orthopedic Tower to Regency Rehab, her bed was readied,there was some one(s) to greet us and help get her settled in for the rest of the night. From day one, I've been treated graciously by everyone on staff and that's a well needed hug even if never given, takes just that tiny bit of stress from us, the families. So from not just me but the entire Betty Taylor Drake family.

My dad was at Regency recovering from a stroke. The staff was freindly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is very clean and My dad liked almost all of his meals. He stayed here for 6 weeks and made a remarkable recovery. Nothing but good things to say about this facilty. They called me often to update me on status and always asked if i had any questions or concerns. Highly reccomend

Nice staff, clean facility, great rehab program. If your family member needs rehab, come visit. Huge differences in some facilities. Reviews don't capture it all. This is my second family member to rehab here.

The staff at Regency Health Care & Rehab is excellent! They are all very caring and willing to help or find someone else who can. My husband was really sick, malnourished and could barely walk when he got there. After a few weeks he was eating and walking so much better. Unfortunately, there is not enough staff to keep close tabs on wandering dementia patients and those with incontinence who need frequent trips to the bathroom or changes into dry clothing. The place is kept in very good condition, the rooms are bright and the courtyards are inviting, however, the floor needs to be cleaned more frequently and more thoroughly.

I visited with my friend who is in Rehab at Regency. I didn't know where the rehab was located so ai went to the first building and the receptionist directed me to the yellow building. Check -in was easy at front desk if rehab and receptionist there was helpful with directions. The facility was clean, well-appointed, and staff friendly. PTA came in to do therapy, but left to let us visit. I hope she did come back to work with her. I would suggest signage that specifically showed where Ethan was located to save time for first time visitors. I may have missed any so I apologize if I did. I will alert other visitors as to its location. I have always heard good things about your facility and have helped with a Valentine Ministry several years ago.
