My Grandmother has lived here through several Director changes and the latest, Alexis, is amazing! The facilities are clean and homey and the new staff she has brought in are so much more polite, professional and friendlier than previous staff, which makes a huge difference! The Gardens are a wonderful place for your loved ones and my Grandmother and family cannot say enough great things about it!

I work for a vendor and have been going to Gardens of Hazelgreen for several years. Visited today and the facility was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. New staff who seem to really care about the residents. Residents are happy and seem well taken care of.

My mother has lived at the Gardens of Hazel Green for 2 years. The staff is very caring and attentive to her needs, treating her like a member of their own family. They speak to her when they see her and call her by name. Knowing she has the ability to get help quickly, if needed, is such a relief for me. My mother loves to be outside. The grounds are always kept up very nicely, making the outdoor gazebo a nice place for her to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Anytime I've had a question or issue, Heather has always been very responsive.
