My momma has lived there for a year and a half and Happy. The staff is very accommodating to each clients needs. Yes they have there own community with in as a family, so the people there can live and not just exist

I had an opportunity to visit this place looking for a loved one recently. Unfortunately my family member passed away before she moved in. I was impressed with the staff and the executive director. When showing me around they spoke to each person living there by name and knew their stories. I am sad my mamaw did not have a chance to experience living at a place like this.

Had some experience recently at this community. The community is small but the heart of the community is huge. I hope to move my loved one in one day. The executive director knew everyone as we walked around and everyone was happy to be there. Its nice to see happy people loving and living life in such a positive way.

My mom moved into Brookdale Hanceville (Monarch Place), and it's nice. Her room is very nice, the food looks good, and it's of good variety. They have crafts, Bingo, and cards. They have a library and game rooms. The staff is very nice.

We visited Brookdale Hanceville (Monarch Place) and had lunch with the manager and the assistant. They were very nice. It was a very nice facility with good food. We visited a room, and the lady in the room was very nice and seemed to be pleased. The room was nice, big enough for one person, and had a walk-in closet and a private bath.
