I visited The Brennity recently and was very impressed with everything. It was immaculately clean and beautiful inside. Reminded me of a luxury apartment. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. The executive director, Ashley was kind and helpful. All of the residents seemed to also be friendly and said hello in passing. I left very impressed with everything!

I am an historian that has spoken (gratis) many times to the residents at Brennity and have met many great people who live there. The staff is excellent to work with and facilities are kept clean, food is good in the dining room and they are organized while not imposing. Good experience in every way!

I have been helping my parents with their search to make the big move into independent living and so glad we found the cottages at The Brennity at Fairhope. We have been so impressed with how accommodating and friendly everyone has been to us. Kathryn is a pleasure to work with, so informative and able to put to rest many concerns my parents have had regarding this life change. The independent living cottages are a nice size and thoughtfully planned. They have a variety of daily events on their community calendar for the residents. The Brennity at Fairhope is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. There is even a park just a short drive away they can go for walks or sit and watch sunsets over Mobile Bay. I am so happy my parents found this lovely community to soon move in and enjoy their retirement!

My dad AND step-father were here several years ago, but we have 2 elderly friends from church who are there now. There's NEVER been a time when we dropped in to see any of them, that we’ve ever had issues with the cleanliness OR the staff’s friendliness. I would highly recommend this facility if anyone needs help for their loved ones.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the Cottages at Brennity. It was a very positive experience. The cottages are lovely, the grounds are beautiful and the staff is very professional. They all demonstrate a warm and caring spirit about the best interests of the residents. Several of the residents greeted us warmly as well.

I hear from my friend there its a nice looking place. And some of the staff is good but others aren't .She had to wait over 1hr for a staff person ,she almost fell. Also said the food was bad. And also one of the staff shifts goes into residents rooms and steals things even toilet paper. Some residents have put cameras in ,.Residents are scared to speak up due sometimes that makes it worse.ALSO THEY ARE PUTTING PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA IN THE WRONG LOCATION FOR THAT .THIS PEOPLE PAY ALOT TO LIVE IN THE BRENNITY AT BRENNITY AT FAIRHOPE ON 50 SPRING RUN RD

The Brennity at Fairhope has been such a huge blessing for my elderly mother!! First of all, my mother was very opposed to going anywhere for additional help and care when her safety and ours was at stake, as she lived with us for 2 years. Fortunately, from the very first day mom moved into her lovely assisted living apartment she felt very much at home and she has only had wonderful things to say about The Brennity at Fairhope! She loves and appreciates their very kind and helpful staff; the 3 delicious meals she enjoys everyday; some of their activities (I hope mom will get more involved in time, as she has only been there 6 weeks) and for her lovely apartment which has proven to be a very quiet and peaceful sanctuary for her. THANK YOU for all you do to make your residents at The Brennity at Fairhope feel so loved and at home, away from their home at this time in their lives!!

Rhonda has totally impressed me with her professionalism, Knowledge of her job and truly caring attitude. Anytime an issue arises she is always available to help. My Dad (he's the resident) has made several comments about how well she keeps the residents informed about schedule changes and upcoming activities whether it's in person or through the automated call system. The Brennity at Fairhope is definitely a senior haven. Between the caring staff, quality activity programming, and the great location, you can’t really beat this place. I have visited and been to several health care facilities for elderly people and this place always smells and looks clean. Activities are posted monthly and daily so you always know what’s going on and it is never truly a dull moment. Two thumbs up and a smile 🙂 Thanks to the staff for all of their hard-work and care.

I recently attended an event at the Brennity at Fairhope, a 1920’s themed ball. You could tell it was well thought out and planed. I really enjoyed the time period theme decorations. The live band was amazing and they had food for everyone. The residents were very proud and eager to show and tell how they prepared for this event. The residents looked absolutely amazing dressed in themed attire. The associates were very helpfully and was very attentive. I really enjoyed seeing the residence participating dancing and having a good time. I know I had a great time and seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter from the residents. It was very enjoyable.

I am lucky to have the Brennity in my life. My parents live there and have needed the care of assisted living community that the Brennity in Fairhope has. Sara Alter talked to us and showed us around this community and made us feel at home in terms of costs associated and also the community itself. She organizes and does all kinds of things for the residents and is an inspiration to them. The fashion show was probably my favorite event of the year so far and my mom came out modeling to the song "Dancing Queen" and it was great fun for all.

Mom moved there July 5, 2016, and was greeting right away by another resident who rolled in with her walker and said "welcome to your Independence Day!" We are so pleased with her apartment, and every single one of the staff members have been attentive to Mom and focus on her and her needs. Her apartment is cute as a bug and filled with furniture from her house, and she was able to take her best friend with her, Kaylee the spoiled rotten cat! This place is putting my heart more at ease with every day.
