I highly recommend this long-term care facility! The staff is caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care to the residents. From the nursing staff and CNAs to dietary, activities, housekeeping, and administration, everyone works together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. It is clear that the residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. The staff goes above and beyond to meet their needs and make them feel valued and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for the hard work and commitment you show every day. Truly a wonderful place for your loved ones!

My Uncle does not have Google but we want to share our experience at Pine Hill Rehab for the stay of my great aunt. My Aunt was sent to Pine Hill from the hospital due to a decline in her health originally for possible rehab. She inquired a wound prior to her stay that was very bad and painful to my aunt. She required extensive assistance more than we could provide if we took her back home. During her end of life we made a decision at her last hospital visit to return her back to the facility to start hospice services for comfort care. She was able to return to Rehab area. My Aunt was still alert and able to verbally communicate with us. Our visits with her were heartbreaking but she was very happy and comfortable and well taken care of. She talked about how good the staff were to her and we could tell by how interactive and informative they were at our visits. Always answered questions we had. My Uncle remembers how the nurse manager of the unit always made sure to help keep her pain under control with her medication as best as they could and was always good at calling him with any updates about her care or changes in her condition. The CNAs were nice and friendly and combed and braided her hair nice. She was well groomed when we visited. The wound nurse was very helpful with my uncle on the calls with helping him understand her treatments. We were very pleased and happy we made the decision to bring her to Pine Hill. My Aunt was only there for a few months but it felt like years and we had a great experience. My Aunt last days were hard for us but we left every visit knowing she was well taken care of. When she passed away my uncle received a very heartfelt condolences call and flowers to her funeral. We would recommend to family or friends just from the experience we had.

I have had many loved ones here at North Hill. The care is good and I appreciate the compassion of the staff that took care of them. Each person that has rehab here has a different experience. No facility is perfect, but I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I was there on the weekend. The lady who sits at the door is extremely professional from the way she treated us to the way she was dressed. She was pleasant and it is obvious she likes her job. When you care, you care. Now I've been to enough nursing homes to know that the weekend crew is going to be slim, and perhaps people are filling in. So I'm not sure this was regular staff or weekend staff. However, regardless of staff, it should always be professional. Never should I hear the "F" word in any setting. Upon arrival, some staff was sitting outside on the benches. It seems someone was cursing out someone on the phone while on their break. I heard several "F" bombs from that conversation. Once we got in the facility a few steps before we reached the patient's room, a staff member seemed to be upset that someone took something off her cart and she said "The "F" you betta bring it back". Once in with the patient, we kept asking when the patient would receive lunch at this point it is noon. Twice the response was "I don't know." Because my friend wasn't going to leave before her family member was fed, I was hungry. I left to get me something to eat. The staff must have had their lunch delivered. They were sure what time they were eating. At this time, all of them were at the front desk getting their lunch. So, as nursing homes go, just do all you can to check on your loved one regularly and make your presence known. Say a prayer before you get there, a prayer while you are there, and a prayer when you leave.

The only reason I give this place two stars is because of the handful of good nurses and RNA’s. Most of the nurses are rude a lot of the RNA’s are lazy. we did not even finish our stay for our two week rehab because of the care my husband was getting it was so bad and I was up there every day just to make sure he was taken care of and it was horrible! The rehab staff was good I liked them. But in order to get the rehab the nurses have to do their job too and most of them don’t. His first Saturday there he needed a bath I asked his RNA if he could have a bath she kept telling me no that she was not his RNA then when I found out Monday form his RNA she was, they told me she just did not want to do it and his occupational therapist gave him a bath and cleaned his bed! He also has really bad wounds on his ears that they would not doctor up on the weekends when the wound care doctor was not available I had to do a lot of their job which is why I stayed up there all day! The pictures I have added are the infection on both ears the white is purse from not being treated on the weekends and his mask laying on his ears which is the only way he’s able to breathe

A relative in this home was continuously neglected. Reported to admistration several time. Was always told they would look into the situation. Nothing changed with the direct care staff. No one checking on the patient for for 6 to 8 hours .Changing twice a day. Not receiving prescribed medication at times.Room floor always dirty. Gnats found in the room on more than one occasion. Please be very care with your loved ones. I pray your experience will be will be different.
