The female security officer is the worst. She tends to overstep her boundaries. The place is not as clean as it should be on individual floors. They don't seem to care about people with physical limits...they are not allowed to drive motorized vehicles through the lobby...not right. The foyer is sterile and unappealing. It is not the New Pilgrim Tower it once was.

My Aunt Mary live there it's a retirement apartments. She's 95 years old and all family members keep a check on her. 2 of 13 children still living and we make sure she has what need or want.
