I was very impressed with the service at Birmingham East. I was there for rehab. The therapist there were very good. The entire staff was great. The food was good most of the time. I would recommend this place!

I have had the experience of having my Mother In Law and my Aunt at Birmingham East. The compassion and care that the facility staff showed was exceptional. The building was clean and well keep. My experiences as a member of the Activities staff are endlessly fulfilling. For over three years I have been privileged to work closely with our residents, listening, sharing, laughing, singing, and so much more. Each resident is a precious miracle. My mother in law has been at this facility for a year now. Staff is very hard working, friendly and does a great job with care. She is very picky and says the food is delicious and i love that they have serveral choices when it comes to meals. Activities is always doing something fun and creative. Very nice home like feel to the entire facility.

I used to stay there the staff did half of the job never again

Some of the staff is very friendly, the other half is very moody. The weekends are the worst, always short on staff. 1 nurse on staff for 23 patients and meds are late. Cna's barely come to work. Overall it was close to home, my mom stayed 30 days and I got tired of no improvements, poor food options and understaffed days and weekends so I took her home, couldn't be any worse there.

A great nursing faculty with awesome staff! The staff are friendly and offer each resident individualized care in a special way. The staff are also more than willing to answer any questions and/or concerns. This facility provides 5 Star Care to all that they serve, and they also ensure that the resident's families are knowledgeable about all of the things going on!

My Mother has been a resident there for 4 years. CNAs and Nurses does a great job. Remember anyone can post here even those who wants to be vindictive torwards the facility because they are being ugly. Please go by the facility take a tour unannounced talk with staff. We are fortunate to have the honor to work in their home.I am blessed to be a part of that.
