I worked for Bridgewood Gardens for over 4 years,I just quit because,I was over worked,under paid & under appreciated, Crystal Lugo was a great boss,she herself is over worked.There was 2 other employees that left the same week I did,If y'all don't give employees a major pay raise,I'm sure you will lose more employees

Hunter was very knowedgeable about all aspects of Bridgewood living! It is the most perfect place for your Loved one that is in need of Assisted Living. This company is very lucky to have an employee that cares as much as Hunter.

My husband who has severe Alzheimers lived at BG for a little over a year before he transitioned to a nursing home. I love this place. The staff, the nurses, and the caregivers go well beyond performing just a job. They treated my husband with total loving care, patience, and dignity. In addition to his outstanding care, they have supported me through emotional and stressful life changes the whole time he lived there. His apartment was very roomy and comfortable. The price was reasonable and let me say, he gained 20 pounds from eating their delicious carefully planned menus. Many times I ate the food myself. It was outstanding. The staff, nurses, and caregivers were not only supportive of my husbands disease progression, they became an extension of our family. Always kept me abreast of any concerns or changes. We have become very close and always say I love you to each other. Since COVID-19 has disrupted life as we know it, all of our lives have been emotionally a bad roller coaster ride. The actions that BG took to keep the memory care residents connected to their family with restricted visitation, like FaceTime is wonderful. I know when I need assisted living, Im going to BG. I will always love you guys and stay in touch. Thank you for everything.

The Memory Care staff go above and beyond to make mother comfortable and feel at home. We have been nothing but pleased at her care these past two years plus.

I help a family friend with one of residents here. Im in there every day. Im also formerly worked in nursing and physical therapy. Over the years of my working career I worked many places and saw lots of good and bad facilities. Let me just say that Bridgewood Gardens is one of the best facilities Ive ever seen. The level of cleanliness, the level of caring that their staff has towards each person who lives there, their willingness to resolve a problem and sit down and talk to you about whats going on at the moment that youre feeling something is second to none. They have assistance from everyone who just needs a little bit because maybe there in uneasy about living at home alone anymore... all the way up to the ones that need much more care because maybe their memory is not what it used to be. I would recommend this place to anyone at any level of that care that they needed. it is an exceptional facility with amazing staff that go above and beyond daily.

The staff in the Memory Care area are so caring and friendly. Mom always has her nails painted and looks so good. The front staff are always there to help. It has been a great experience for all of us.

I am an employee of Bridgewood Gardens and I love it! We have the best family! I have worked here for thirteen and half years and have loved every minute of it. It is great to be able to interact with the residents and hear the stories they tell. We also get to enjoy outings and adventures with these great people . Bridgewood Gardens is a place that i would recommend to family and friends.

I was so thrilled for mom. We are, talked with lovely souls. The management was highly appreciated. The took the time to find the exact apartment. Mom can go as she pleases. But, the management is respected because they give it. Thank God for a home with added safety ensured.

They seem to be doing a great job. It's excellent. They have really good food, and good choices, and it's open from 7-7, and you can come and order whenever you feel like eating. Everyday there is something different to do, a whole list of stuff. They have transportation to Dr. appointments on Tuesdays, and Thursdays. It really was the nicest place in town.
