Upper management and some of the staff members of the Westlock Pembina Lodge have a lot of room for improvement. They gaslight the seniors who have legit concerns and make fun of them at times as well mistreat some of them by being rude, by ignoring or by delaying important fix's to their units. They focus on each other before focusing on the seniors. They are deceptive when visitors come around meaning they behave as they should in front of others, but that isn't their normal behavior. I can keep going by adding details but for now, my point is made. I advise family members to keep a watchful eye and listen to what your loved one has to say. Nothing changes by remaining silent.
