2/5 stars "I've had a mixed experience here. The food has been exceptional, and my interactions with residents have been pleasant. However, I've encountered significant administrative issues. Unfortunately, a double-dipping error led to an unnecessary NSF charge ($48), causing financial hardship. Despite repeated attempts, I've been unable to get updates on reimbursement from management, who are rarely available. The sole staff member on site is sympathetic but lacks the authority to assist. This experience has resulted in significant financial strain, leaving me with limited disposable income after rent and fees. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves communication. Areas for improvement: - Administrative efficiency - Staff availability and training - Communication transparency Positive notes: - Excellent food quality "I recently received half of my NSF charge back, but I'm disputing the remaining amount. Administration claims that my banking institution is responsible for reimbursing me due to LHF's error. However, I firmly disagree with this assessment. Furthermore, my experience at Cloverleaf Manor has been disappointing. Upon moving in, I discovered that they don't offer internet services, and WiFi is inexplicably included in the residence bill. The WiFi provided has a robust firewall, rendering it inaccessible without a data plan. Despite the exceptional quality of the food and the kindness of staff members, several concerns outweigh these positives: - Staff members only work 2-4 days a week, resulting in inadequate support and supervision. - Some residents exhibit unacceptable behavior, including threats of harm and hate crimes. - Racism seems disturbingly prevalent and largely unchecked. I've tried to address these issues internally, but I'm considering seeking external support I'm seeking guidance on resolving the NSF dispute and navigating these difficult living conditions." .
