Rosetta the building manager is awesome. She is always whenever tenants need her. She is always very helpful whenever I needed her. She did exceptional when moving out. She is doing incredible. Thank you Rosetta for everything.

I lived there for four years and loved the price. Unfortunately rates keep climbing. Rosetta is wonder to work with. Very professional, friendly, and always replies to me calls. It would be nice if the apartments had more storage in and the outside planters actually had flowers in. The biggest issue is how some tenants deal with their garbage. Even though there are large garbage and recycle bins and the new green ones for organic matter I have often wondered how people living in such a nice place can be such "slobs". End of month is even worse : mattresses, bbqs, broken couches etc get tossed in the garbage compound and Rosetta has to call a private contractor to haul the junk away. Guess who ultimately pays for it? The tenants

My family loves this place! There are many shops nearby, a school is within walking distance. Lots of walking paths, beautiful views of the lake. I am very pleased with the manager of this apartment building, Rosetta. She always answers calls, if any issue needs to be resolved, she always helps with this. Rosetta is a very nice and conscientious person! I love living in this place!!!

The old property manager was terrible, she was never available and NEVER responded to my calls or texts or my partners texts. The new manager Rosetta is great, she is very responsive and reaches out to us with anything she needs. If we have any questions she always responds, she is always at her office. The units are really nice, high ceilings, building is secure. There are some minor things like no AC, some cheaply made things and the carpets and walls in the hallways are really dirty. So far enjoying living here, at first had a terrible experience with old management but Rosetta has turned that around for us.

Me and my wife Rajdeep Kaur Bal is currently living in 245 building and we were so mad before from amber and the services of the management but recently we got new manager rosetta and we were looking to end our lease because of the management which was before but now we are getting good service because of the new manager she is really nice and polite and always answers the call in need, so we decided to transfer in another apartment in the same building and she is helping very well in that.

We live in harmony at Walker Lakes. We have lived here for a year and a half and have gone through three resident managers. We find that our new Resident manager Amber is always very helpful and is very easy to get a hold of. Any issues that arise we find that she deals with them immediately. She deals with any issues very professionally. She makes it very pleasant to live here.

Where to start. The units are breath taking, ethereal if anything. The hallways are beyond spacious and well lit, as if you're being embraced by the warm hug of a loving grandmother. The amenities are to die for (but please don't actually literally go and die for them). The parking makes me feel like I'm at the Ritz Carlton, I mean have you seen that underground parking? *chefs kiss* Okay bye besti

Such a nice place to live. Managment is really helful, always there to help. Buliding is so neat and clean. And the manager( amber) here is perfect she is avaible any time.
