Rutherford Harmony was an excellent host for our Statistics Canada Census field work activities. The team generously provided us with a conference room for the day and made everyone feel welcome with coffee and water. Their support, hospitality, and professionalism helped make our work much easier and more comfortable. We truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to support community initiatives. You can always hear her laughing and engaging with the residents. Anjali and the rest of the front desk staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable right away. What truly differentiates Harbour of Health from other Homecare providers is the incredible level of detail and the clear focus on quality of life. Similar to many seniors buildings in the area, Harmony has tastefully decorated interiors, and is equipped with a gym, a restaurant, and has multiple activities weekly. The main commendable feature is the community vibe created by kind and dedicated frontline staff, notably Ana and Anjali. These women work tirelessly and go the extra mile to create a welcoming and safe environment for the seniors. They should be commended and credited for their work.

We love the place. Rent includes all utilities, cable, wifi and a schedule that makes us call it an all inclusive resort. The restaurant has a nice senior menu and is always friendly. The activities they have are great. Cards, bingo, happy hour, tea time and many many outside excursions for the folks to opt in or not. Nice large apartments with big full kitchen. They really look after people here.

I recently stayed at Harmony in a respite suite post surgery. The staff, and community offer safe comfortable amenities for all of your needs. The in house care team at Harbour of Health provided professional and kind care. I found the people living at the community, as well as the staff at both Harmony and Harbour of Health engaged and happy. Thank you for the support and healing offered at your community.

I helped move my Mom here a few months ago and the English guy, Alex, was knowledgeable about retirement living and very quick to get back to me with answers, even in the evenings which we were grateful for, especially with Mom being apprehensive. As we faced the poignant reality of our beloved grandmother, Janette Glass's limited time with us, the significance of her presence at the outset of our new journey together was paramount. Despite Janette's deteriorating condition and increasing immobility, Harmony opened its doors, offering not just their exquisite venue but also their wholehearted support to ensure she could partake in our special day. The team at Harmony went above and beyond to accommodate our family and friends, making the daunting process both exhilarating and stress-free. They afforded us complete creative freedom over the decor, along with access to their chairs, tables, and recreational room, allowing us and our guests almost unrestricted access to their magnificent facility. Furthermore, they generously provided an empty suite for part of our wedding party to prepare in. Beyond the accommodating staff, the warmth and enthusiasm of the Harmony residents made us feel celebrated and cherished. Their hospitality and the inclusive atmosphere they fostered contributed significantly to the magic of our event. My grandmother was moving from a different province and we needed a quick move. Our family found everything overwhelming but a family friend’s Mother lives here and recommended Harmony. She told me to call Alex which I did on my families behalf and he made everything so simple and gave us access early to the suite to make sure it was perfect prior to her arrival. I helped move my parents here from another retirement community where the food was not up to par and here we enjoyed the fact that they can eat what they want, when they want to, plus they have underground parking which was a must have for them. Thanks Alex for your help as before I started it was overwhelming and you made it easy and the general manager Troy has been helpful and friendly since she moved in.
