Been here for 3+ years and have noticed a decline in staff both in servers and housekeepers which affects overall productivity. Hope it improves a lot. Policy requires that a pay increase would help solve this problem

A problem with Housekeeping where Monday is the day…there's no replacement for housekeeping staff who are on Stat Holiday. I'm out of order bccs I'm a Monday recipient…I don't know if my housekeeping will or will not be done today…Monday! It was not done last Friday as often happens.

My mother & I were greeted warmly by the staff. We were early for our appointment and Irene did not make us wait. She was welcoming, patient with our questions, and friendly and professional throughout the tour. I would love to live at Churchill Manor Retirement Community. The layout of the place also made it easy to know where to go for things - dining area, games room, visiting lounge, library, and more. And there's air conditioning that you can set in your room, just like a hotel!

I'm 66, and I find myself constantly thinking about moving back to an apartment. I feel too young to be living here. 2 1/2 years later 9 people have died. It's hard to be around someone that is so close to death being this age. So make absolutely sure you're ready to move.

From the time I first contacted Churchill Manor about my dad to the day he moved in Irene made a difficult transition a pleasant experience. My dad very much enjoys the staff at the site. He's normally a pretty cranky old man but has commented on how much fun the staff is. Moving him to Churchill Manor was one of the best decisions I have made for him.

We were looking for the right fit for my sister. She is in her late 50's but needed some support. We found Irene to be incredibly supportive and provided us with the information we needed to make the right decision! She was very patient with us and we never felt pressured and in the end we made the right choice! My sister is safe, social and living her life ! We are very thankful for Irene and the entire Churchill family!!

From the moment my husband and I walked through the front door, we were greeted with friendliness. It made us feel like home. It is bright and cheery! People are happy and welcoming. The suites are a great size. We were treated with respect. Never felt any pressure in making a decision; They listened. I would recommend Churchill Manor to anyone who is looking at Independent Living in their retirement. Thanks to Cher and Irene for helping us during our experience in our retirement.

Starting with first contact with Irene and then progressively with many other members of the team, service has been TOP NOTCH!
