I really appreciated the care provided to my mother while she was here. The staff communicated well with me and made sure to keep me aware of what was happening. There were various recreation activities for us to choose from and I often accompanied mom to many of them - they were generally very well done. The facility was clean and well cared for. I appreciated the different decorations that went up every month especially in December when it seemed the staff went all out. Unfortunately, there were more than a few times when staffing levels, in various departments, was at a bare minimum and this wasn't fair for the staff or the residents. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Wentworth and I would recommend it to anyone looking at care for their parents.

On behalf of our family, I am letting others know how much we appreciated the care, compassion and support provided by the staff of Wentworth Court to our step father while his health was failing and during and after his death. We were blown away by the care the staff took to support our mother through this process and to provide coffee, food and aid which meant so much to all of us. They were truly present to our whole family and ensured we were always aware and could anticipate my step father and mother's needs throughout this trying time. We thank the wonderful staff with all our hearts!

My father has lived at Wentworth Manor for 6+ years and both he and our family have been very pleased with the facility, surroundings, staff, level of care, and programs. Wentworth has a very "homey" atmosphere and my father truly feels at home there. Everyone tries very hard to meet our needs and my dad has been treated with the utmost respect and empathy. Highly recommended.

My parents have lived in wentworth for the last couple of years. My dad recently passed away while at Wentworth. I can't say enough about the great treatment he received. The staff was always mindful to mom and her experience as well. Highly recommend Brenda Stratford residence for your family member. The staff is always respectful and caring to the clients. We are so happy with our experience that we recently moved my mother in law into a Brenda Stratford complex!!

My mom has been at Wentworth since June 2021 and so far so good! I think the staff are wonderful and it's very clean both inside and outside. She says the food is good and it's very convenient to have a hair salon, dental hygienist and doctors on site. I'm very happy that she has a private room with a balcony and a beautiful view. ‚ The staff communicate well with me which I appreciate. Update- There's a review written where a woman was suspicious about so many good reviews all written around the same time period. I can confirm that there are surveys sent out to both resident and family members so there's no reason to be suspicious ‚

There are a lot of Philippino workers there and that's fine. But They all speak Philippino. As far as I know, Canada's working site, the official language should be English.

I did my practicum here for Recreation Therapy. Everyone in the recreation department was friendly, caring, and considerate of the residents. They planned the best activities and made sure that every resident had the opportunity to participate. The staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming, making me never want my practicum to end. Thank you for letting me into your facility and your home!

I was very impressed with the work that was being done for my wife at Wentworth Manor, Trafalgar by the physiotherapist. My wife had suffered a stroke back in June which paralyzed her left side, but through the program that physio provided to Rita, she has been walking again (with help). This was simply astounding! Even her doctor was amazed at her progress. Seeing this brought tears to my eyes. The care which is provided at Wentworth is the best that I could hope for my wife. Kudos to the physiotherapy team!

Our Mother was moved here temporarily, obviously the changes can be hard on a patient with Dementia, but all of the adjustments that she had to make were met with skill, excellent nursing approaches and CARE. As a family we were included, informed and listened to! These 3 attributes cannot be underrated for peace of mind for the family. In these days of exhaustion and sadness, we realized the kindness and care that we felt by the staff (the greeter at the entrance, the Nurses / Nurses Aides, to the Admin. Staff) because they knew our names, our Moms, and all our family Whenever they could, each encounter, we would hear, "Hello, _____". Our Mother would light up. The recognition and acknowledgement from these acquaintances made our Mother feel like she mattered in the world, it gave her value - what a gift. It also had the same effect on us - when we were arriving and had difficulty even getting out of the vehicle, or helped make us feel positive when we went to leave after a visit. (Plus, there are great renovations on one of the floors, very nice!)

Moved my mother-in-law from retirement concepts (millrise) to Wentworth several months ago. To say the difference is night and day is an understatement. Wentworth is professional, well run, clean, and surrounded by pleasant staff. Hats off to the The Brenda Strafford Foundation Family for doing such a great job!

My mother has resided at the Court at Wentworth Manor for 3 years. The staff are wonderfully caring. They are great at communicating with family members and have had exceptional protocols in place since Covid 19 restrictions began. Very pleased.

I'm am extremely happy with my dad's care and the responses I have received to all my questions concerning his wellbeing during this horrendous time. Each and every person I have spoken with (his doctor, administrator,, the director of nursing, recreation, physio, nurses, etc.) responded immediately and proposed/implemented their suggestions so quickly that I already see the improvement in my dad's health. Truly grateful my dad is in a long-term residence that is truly focused on our beloved seniors. Beyond grateful for the extraordinary effort given and the ability to discuss my thoughts with individuals who really listen. God Bless your amazing care. Lilly Paterson
