Words will never be able to say exactly how much this care center means to our family. The staff are absolutely wonderful and compassionate. My father, who recently passed, was in their LTC - dementia unit, was in their care for a year and no matter what time I would go to visit there was never any change in the personality of the staff or the care. My family was able to rest easy knowing Dad was so well taken care of. I cannot express how amazing this place is. You will be in amazing hands if your loved one is placed here.

New Senior's residence with spacious private rooms. The nursing staff are friendly and caring. My father just moved in and his room is kept clean. So far so good. Transitions can be stressful and the staff has been very helpful.

This facility is absolutely amazing!!! My mom has been there for 6 months and I am so thankful for the care she receives. I am finally able to be her daughter again, not her caregiver. This is possible only because of how exceptional the staff are! Mom moved from another facility and the difference in care is unbelievable. You can tell that the staff actually care and are not there just for a paycheque. The company provides constant continuing education for their staff and it shows!! Thank you to all the angels at Bethany Riverview for all that you do!! I can sleep at night now knowing mom has the best quality of life.

I was shocked with saw the a mouse in dining area. If need it I can give away mice traps to pit them around the hallway and under furnitures.

The staff looking after my brother were caring and genuine with their time. When he became palliative, almost every care and attention was given to him and our family. Only one thing was needed. Better mouthcare.

Not a place anyone wants to be but my dad needs to be. Amazing facility. We been in a few and this one towers over the rest. Lots of room. Big hallways. Lots of flora. Good food. No bad smell. Wish my dad wasn't there but glad he is at same time. Thx Bethany

I can't say enough great things about this place. My friend was in carewest by the zoo and it was extremely upsetting to visit there. This place is beautiful, the nurses are fantastic and the food is excellent. My friends wellbeing has greatly improved since being here and it's so enjoyable to visit here. Thank you for all you do!

Very modern and spacious for each resident to have their own bedrooms and own bathrooms and closets, and assistance with ADLs, food services, laundry and cleaning staffs!! They have that and much more!!!

My Grandma recently moved in to this facility. It's a very lovely space for her and she receives great care. My only complaint so far is that there was a time I took her out to spend the evening at my house and when I brought her home we were locked out, with NO way to get into the building or get a hold of any staff! We waited a good 30mins at LEAST! Luckily an ambulance arrived and we slipped in behind them. I was never told by the staff to have her home before 9pm, or the doors would be locked. There needs to a change to this system!
