Loved living with boardwalk again, especially the team and support they have is fantastic. Want to appreciate Deepali and Mulugatu for outstanding service, as we’re out of country when we want to finalize this place ( 20 Auburn Bay Street) and Deepali helped us throughout the process and made it very easy and convenient even at long distance. For handing the keys and preparing all documents was very smoothly handled by her. Thank you so much.

Been here since 2018. The neighbors are awesome! The staff amazing and there for you! Building well taken care of. Rent is less then in market. Making it affordable. I moved in Auburn Landing two months ago, but I've already felt a friendly and helpful atmosphere from the onsite office staff. I had a bad garage opener and Monica switched a good one for me right away. I could not open my room door today; Monica came down to solve the issue immediately. When I found something and reported to the office, I always got reply, most from Julianna. More importantly, all helps, answers, and replies were in a timely manner. I have been very satisfied and happy with this place so far. Thank you, all office staff! I have been living in this amazing apartment since June 2023. I am glad to call this Auburn Landing a home because all staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful and everything inside and outside the building is clean, safe, and convenient. Whenever I have questions or requests, I am always satisfied with answers and actions from the on-site management team and maintenance crews in a timely manner. The professionalism of the team makes my life in this great community happy, comfortable and worry free. Thank you, the team!

The two gentlemen who came to my apartment this morning to install a new microwave were top-notch. They were very polite and they did the job expertly and cleanly. When they discovered that something was not just right they uninstalled it and fixed what was wrong, and then re-installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that all was in order before they left. I am very happy with the work that they did.

This apartment has been well maintained by on site management team. Specially thanks to the team leader or site manager ( She is the site office lady, I do not know her name ). I saw her quite often when she was inspecting and checking the buildings inside and outside. The stairs are clean and shine, the lawns are green and trimmed nicely, the lounges are bright and neat. I feel the apartment a home to me.

It's been a great experience from start to finish. Office staff are so nice and friendly and always available to help in any way. Location is key with easy access to Deerfoot or 52nd. The building is always well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Affordable rent with utilities included. Pro active staff prioritizing Tenants safety and luxury. Brand new apartments in nice Auburn Bay community. Hospital, school and library within walking distance. Spectacular view of Rocky Mountains. Highly recommended.

Auburn Bay Landing is a great place to live. The people in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were all very friendly and helpful in the 3 years I lived there. The buildings are kept very clean. The ability to contact a live person in management 24/7 is exceptional. Boardwalk has been great to deal with and if someday I move from my new house back to an apartment, I’ll probably check out Boardwalk first.

Yes it's a great building,good people, safe. But the constant what feels like once a month staff needing access to my suite for somthing i never initiated gets old fast. And I'm sure the fire alarm works amazing and dosent need to be tested every month. If your someone who likes to move in and then be left alone in peace and quiet not the place for you.

Been living here for 6 months now. Nothing but good things to say about the front office staff as well as the maintenance staff. They are always quick to respond to any issues. Also even though we are not in a neighborhood where you would think it would be needed we do feel safer with the night security guard as well.

We love living here at Auburn Landing! The staff is amazing - they are always super accommodating and quick to respond to any issues we experience. I love the heated underground parking - never have to clean off the windshield in the mornings!! Also, the free events every month are great. There is such a strong sense of community here. Many of my neighbours have become great friends!

Amazing staff and really nice suites, landscaping is excellent and everything is so clean and safe., The friendly Apartment Life team is the "amenity "that never closes even in Covid times! They organize food trucks and fun free events - you can drop in for free food and drinks, but its also easy to meet my neighbours, and feel part of a community!

Poor communication between the leasing office in the building and the RentFaster ads and central leasing office. I phone to inquire about renting a suite and the leasing agent at the central agency assured me that the specific unit I was looking at was pet friendly. Drove 45 minutes to see the building and the suite. The leasing agent from the building itself was 25 minutes late to the appointment and couldn't reach anybody at the building the entire time I was there. Finally enter the building and the leasing agent tells me that the suite is actually not pet friendly because it's in a different building. Had to drive 45 minutes home again. Terrible, glad I didn't rent the place.

I LOVE IT! This is my first time renting and the Staff here has made it the best! It is so clean, I feel safe with the security here, they are awesome with animals and the residents are so nice. Plus the free events are fun! THANK YOU!

Great pleace for rental, clean quit and secure. The only thing is its price is on the higher end for rental. My aunt pays $1300 just for one bedroom. Plus, since she will hit her first year next month, they told her they will increase the rental fee. Which I find to be a joke.
