I’m glad I had moved my mother to Coastal Senior Residence, amazing new building, friendly staff, centrally located for easy access. In my opinion it’s been the best choice of living for her, it’s home sweet home! She’s been very happy and active, socializing with new friends and enjoying all the amenities of a first class facility. Thank’s to all the friendly staff for caring and making it a wonderful experience! It’s been a life changing event and the transition was smooth and easy. My wife and I recently helped her stepmom move from the east coast into Coastal Senior Residences at The Park Lane. After visiting several senior living facilities in Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove, we settled on the Coastal Senior Living Residences because the facilities are brand new and beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Every staff member has been lovely and kind. The transition has not been easy, but every staff member has gone out of their way to help my wife's stepmom feel comfortable and welcome at the Park Lane community. We are very relieved to have found the Park Lane community.

We’ve been looking for a place for my grandma and came across this beautiful brand new community. We stopped by for a tour today and WOW! This place is so nice! Everything looked clean, modern, and really welcoming. My grandma left so excited and hasn’t stopped talking about how good the food was and how pretty the place is. The staff was super friendly and made us feel really comfortable during the tour. We’re really excited for her to move in next month and feel like we found the perfect spot for her!

I showed up at Coastal Senior Residences unannounced and had the pleasure of getting a tour of the facility. I have no words to express the luxury and the beauty of the building. The apartment sizes were large and all had full size kitchens and washers and dryers. Exceptional!
