Comfort Keepers provided me a support person to take me to and take me home from a Procedure at a Local Hospital. The individual that helped me couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I'll return next year when I need the procedure again. Strongly recommend Comfort Keepers if you need help like I do. PS I've used them for two years now.

Timely, effective, comfortable help with medical transport in a frustrating situation! Special thanks to Teresa, and to Jeremiah for coordinating it. I'm glad to know now that Comfort Keepers is there, if a need arises.

Tabatha is a lovely young woman and a wonderful & conscientious caretaker! She got very late notice but still responded to driving me to my surgery and brought me back home. She's a very alert and safe driver! I recommend her highly

Comfort Keepers Santa Fe have provided reliable medical transport to me for several years, allowing me to avoid imposing on friends or family to get me to and from medical procedures requiring anesthesia. Highly recommended.

I needed extra care for my father after he came home from rehab. Comfort Keepers made it easy to schedule and feel comfortable that someone was there if my parents needed help while I could not be there. They allowed me to have a very flexible schedule. There staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Comfort Keepers!

Comfort Keepers, with Leslie at the helm, is a wonderful, caring, efficient organization sending competent caregivers to homes, helping seniors with their daily lives. They are wonderful - WE depend on them.
February 2019
Comfort Keepers is an excellent home care agency which provides non-medical care. All of the caregivers I've met are well-trained, professional, and kind. The office is well-run and organized and does a great job in matching caregivers to clients and trying to accommodate last minute requests. As an RN who has done home care myself, I understand the challenges of taking care of people in their homes . My family has used Comfort Keepers and I've recommended it to my friends.

Comfort Keepers has been faithful and kind to my father, who has been in assisted living, over the past year. They have provided love and concern from the beginning and would highly recommend them to anyone. They're outstanding.

When my husband needed 24 hour home care after leaving the hospital, I randomly chose Comfort Keepers. I could not have been more satisfied with there service. During the day hours we had two shifts and one shift at night. The girls who came to my home took very good care of my husband and I was able to get the sleep I needed so badly during the evening hours. Would I use them again? You bet!

It took a while (six months) to find the right caregiver for us, but we finally did and Linda (my wife who has severe dementia) and I are extremely pleased with the care she has been given the past year and the companionship the caregiver has given me in the form of conversation and social interaction. Neither Linda nor I would have faired well with anyone else because this caregiver is a retired nurse and retired therapist. We hope that she will continue with us to the end.... The only complaint that I have of Comfort Keepers is the hourly cost and how little they pay their employees. Less paperwork would be a plus too. Nonetheless, I would recommend Comfort Keepers to those who need the sort of help that they provide.

Sandra is the person who works there and she wrote her own good review. I was a customer of this company and I would rate them poorly. That's being nice. Unprofessional attitude. They can't keep staff on, in the year I was with them they went through 4 secretaries and two ladies in human resources office. My billing has been messed up in the past so I left them for a different local company. If they can't keep their employees happy they can't keep the customers happy is the way I perceive that scenario.

My brother David was cared for in the last weeks of his life by Comfort Keepers of Santa Fe. We needed care quickly. I arranged for care by telephone. By the time I arrived the next day from out of town, a care giver was with him. All of the care givers were skilled and compassionate. The director was on top of the situation at all times. I was with a care giver when my brother passed. He was so supportive and respectful of not only my brother, but also me. The director continued to follow up after my brother's passing.
