I've worked with some amazing clients and at the same time with difficult ones but its not about us but those we provide care for...as a whole the clients is what makes my job worth going to...but today I was very frustrated with the management...on my way to work I witnessed a woman in her 70s get struck by a car and I pulled over call it in and began first aid being the first on scene...now isn't that what our job is all about caring for others...than can someone please tell me why management had the nerve to tell me I should have called and informed them...so in the mist of giving first aid to this lady stop what im doing to call..hmmm...and not once did they ask if she was ok or anything else...so u can see my frustration...thnks....
