BrightStar Care Troy has been part of our family for over two years. Initially they provided nursing aid assistance for ambulation and bathing for our father after hospitalizations. Most recently they provided care for our Mom who had progressing debilities with Alzheimer's disease. Two staff members deserve special mention for their expert, loyal, patient and kind care of our parents. They are Dee and Chanelle. This was not just a job for them. They respected and truly cared for their clients and kept us siblings informed. They deserve every accolade and recognition from BrightStar.
