Well first I want to Give Alicia the gal I've TT most times when I call. She's so friendly, kind and helpful. Les came to do paperwork and some PT last week and today I had a pleasant visit for OT. Both of these gentleman were also equally as kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I've felt very comfortable with all the staff I've dealt with as of today. Keith will be coming Thursday 7/6/23 and I'm also sure he'll be equally the same as my other contacts from Bayada. You can be completely confident of your employees from my experiences. My sons an RN and worked for Bayada years n years ago out of Lancaster,PA. So I feel like you're all like family. Keep up the great work. Bless you all. Carolyn Irwin—

My Father received excellent care from Bayada for the last 4 years of his life. I have nothing but praise for them especially the nurse Michelle K. I highly recommend them and thank them for all they have done for my father and family.
