Amada staff provided the best senior care services for my mom! When I called them on a Sunday afternoon, they quickly responded to our needs for 24/7 care and had staff assigned Early Monday morning and already had a schedule set up for the initial needs for two weeks and an extended schedule for two months if we needed it for mom. Same day, they gave a welcome call and explained the schedule with names of staff and also provided an email. They gave our family updates by phone and email when we were not there in person. When our mom needed to go from home hospice to the care facility, they were also by her side giving her one on one care. My heart is full with the best quality care, support and customer service they provided for our mom through her passing. Amada is simply the best in northern Colorado!

We've had excellent service from Amada including from my mom's assigned health care worker. But, today was a 5 star experience. We had applied to start my Mother's long term care and were approved but for a lesser amount than what we had counted on. Amada worked closely with me to solve this problem. We both made calls to the insurance company and once we were able to determine the problem we appealed the classification. I wrote letters and sent in backup documents and so did Amada's president. Today, I learned in the mail that my mom's care has been reclassified and my mother would receive the higher payout that we had expected. Amada had our back all through the process and I can't thank them enough. I encourage anyone looking for a Home Health Care Agency in Northern Colorado to take a long and serious look at Amada.

I was able to contract with Amada on short notice. I was happy with the different caregivers that I had. I would give special thanks to Elizabeth who seemed to anticipate my needs without my even asking. I heard consistently from all the care givers that the owners value their employees. In addition should anything come up you could easily talk to a human being. I will only do business with companies where you can easily talk to a real person.

People usually anticipate that the elderly will, one day, more than likely, need some help as they age. People also know that sometimes family can't solely provide that care. But what people don't usually think about is when a family member, who is in top physical condition and is 68 years young, will suddenly need help. My mom had a severe hemorrhagic stroke that should've killed her at 68 years old and suddenly needed in home care and services, and a year later, my 98 year old grandmother was diagnosed with final stage congestive heart failure and needed care and services as well. Both women went from complete independent living, to dependent care. Almost overnight. Amada was there. Not only with a professional, immediate, and loving staff, but after meeting with us, they actually paired the caregiver to our family's personality. The caregivers became "one of the family," helping us to feel secure and well cared for. ALL of us. The team's approach to their patients were continual and appropriate to the daily changes and needs of someone who, on the one hand, continued to progress, and on the other hand, continued to decline. They were with us until my mom went home, and my grandmother, too, went "home." I would recommend Amada to anyone. Without reservation, without hesitation. Thank you Amada for all you did for us.

Everyone we have worked with from Amada from the office personnel to the caregivers to the evaluation staff has been so thoughtful, knowledgeable, flexible, and responsible. We have had an unusually erratic schedule due to my husband's health and injuries, and the entire team at Amada has been adaptable and caring. I recently asked Amada to provide caregivers for several clients. Brandy is the scheduler that I've been working with lately, and she is fantastic. She works diligently to make certain that all the shifts are covered, and she provides me with valuable feedback regarding the care provided by her caregivers. Communication is key and Brandy has been professional and effective.

Amada Senior Care of Fort Collins provided at home care for a family member who has Dementia for well over a year. During that time, they provided caregivers who understood the unique needs of someone who has Dementia. Each of those caregivers was kind, caring, and trust worthy and each of them developed a special relationship that our family member valued. When we unexpectedly required 24 hour a day care, Amada was able to provide the same needed consistency in caregivers within a day of letting them know of our needs. I was immediately put at ease with Lisa's care and concern, her professionalism, and her knowledge of the senior care landscape. Having had the chance to work with Amada and their team over the past couple years, I will recommend them highly. Your Review My mother suffered from terminal cancer and we employed Amada to assist her in her final months at home. Not only did the owners of Amada absolutely bend over backwards to help my mom and I feel comfortable with allowing "strangers" into her home, but the caregivers were friendly, creative and came to love my mom. Their interactions with her were patient and compassionate. Amada helped us through a very difficult time and worked closely with me and other agencies we utilized as my mother failed. I would highly recommend Amada for other families facing difficult end of life issues.
