If you try to call them there's never anybody to answer the phone and talk to them. You always have to record a message and then wait for somebody to call you back whenever. There's frequently great lack of communication between the caregivers and administration and clients. While I like my caregiver, they oftentimes don't show up or aren't available for their days and times with me. Sometimes they call me, but not always, and the administration doesn't notify me if they know the caregiver won't be coming. Plus neither of them contacts my family to let them know either so we don't know what to expect from day to day. My wife will often alter her schedule to be at home to make sure someone is here to help me if I need it because the service overall is too unpredictable and unreliable.

I have the best caregiver she does her job with the greatest care. Her customer service skills are outstanding!!!! As a retired registered nurse she makes her job and this client feel like she truly cares.
