The entire staff are friendly and courteous. They take great care of my dad. He always has his needs provided for. He enjoys the meals and having FaceTime visits with family. These people really care!!

I visited Avantara North on August 19th. The first appearance from the parking lot is amazing. It is beautifully landscaped. The great first impression moved right along with me through the front door. It is a beautiful, clean facility, and smelled very fresh. We were greeted by friendly staff in every department we toured during our visit. This is definitely a facility where I would be at peace placing a loved one.

I haven't visited the facility, but I have met the administrator and been able to work with her professionally. I can honestly say she is one of the few people I would trust the care of one of my family to. I've been so impressed with her leadership and more particularly her passion for ensuring quality care is provided.

We attended a Thanksgiving meal for my parents who are residents there and it surpassed all expectations. There was live music (violin and piano), nice table clothes, friendly staff and the food tasted great.

My dad was dying and he was transferred from Monument Health hospital to Avantara North hospice. From the moment he arrived to the day he died- my sister and I felt he received excellent care. The nurses and the staff seemed to genuinely care. When we felt my dad needed something, we would ask the staff for help whatever it was. They promptly took care of the situation. Our dad obviously would have rather died at home but he agreed to go to the hospice. We tried to take care of him at home but Avantara North was able to give him the care that we were unable to. They know their jobs. Our dad seemed content here. He seemed at peace. The Almighty God of the heavens above took care of our dad when He sent our dad here. A pastor and his wife came in and prayed with our dad and even sung 2 hymns with him. All the staff were excellent and professional we would like to give an extra thank you to Irene, the nurse and Jerri the cna. Thank you all including Monument Health hospice and we truly appreciate you.

If you are looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility for your loved one where they will be cared for, loved and protected. Avantara North does all that and more. My mom lived at Avantara North for over 3 years and when she passed away it was in the arms of one of her caregivers who loved her like she was family. We have been in some of the newest places in the area, but new doesn't mean best. My mom had a smile on her face because she was in a home where she was loved. The nursing staff was amazing and professional, the caregivers patient and kind, administration welcoming and helpful, activities kept the residents active and having fun.... overall it was a wonderful facility... Highly recommended....Thank You Avantara for loving my mom ’’’’’
