I would like to thank Terri for the Amazing Job that she does in the office and the spirit that is on her, she is a God sent to this community and her Amazing personality is what the seniors needs Daily!!!! She have Peace and Happiness and that's what I Love about her, my 94 years old mom always ask about that lady in the office she makes me feel joyful when I see her in the hallway. That was very special for my mom to say, she is suffering with Alzheimer's , but she remembers Mrs.Terri YOU ARE THE BEST!!

I am a resident at woodbridge apartment, Ms. Terri has been phenomenal with customer service and helping around. Her personality is on point every day with residents. I give her 5 stars. She is well loved.

I don't usually do reviews, but I had to on this one. I want to salute the lady in the office (I think her name is Terri I apologize if I am wrong). I went to see my aunt and my aunt was talking about how delightful Terri is. Terri helped me with the lease paperwork and she was so pleasant with a smile on her face. Good job Terri!

My Mother has lived at the Woodbridge Apartments for 10 years. During this time there have been a great deal of employees and management turnovers. I have heard of reasons why this has happened and it was not good. However, I am posting this review to congratulate you, Mrs. Terri Thornton for coming in as Employee Management to help make my mom and others living here much more comfortable and peaceful. As I have acknowledged for myself as well, you have done this by your kind attitude and joyous and humble spirit. You take the time out to listen and observe what the tenants need. And although you may have a heavy load of office duties along with handling the residents issues, you still put forward the effort to be attentive as much as possible when they have problems regarding their apartment. I appreciate you so much for helping my mom feel better and adding a bigger smile to her face. I also hope that you are the one who remains as a Great Manger at Woodbridge Apartments continuing to support and make life for the people worth living. God Bless You...

I have lived here at Woodbridge Apartments for almost 11 years, and for these numerous years I have seen managers come and go. But since Mrs. Terri Thornton has become Manger here, her character is impeccable. Whenever the residents have complaints she politely invites them into the office to speak to her. She gives respect and always greets us with a smile on her face. I thank God for having someone like her that holds a position such as this to help support our needs. Thank you so much and God Bless

Referring to office n staff. The are the best, efficient answers calls n requests, instantly. They are very passionate about tenants.

It is very quiet. Good location to strip mall and Publix. Clean inside. A lot of people on walkers. Definitely need a car. Beautiful courtyard that is seldom used. Nice walking trail between Provident. Office remains closed because of Covid. 99 percent African American. Each unit has a washer and dryer. Gated.
