High quality Senior Independent Living Community. Frequent and highly diverse opportunities for tenants to engage in Social activities with peers. Downsides are: 1) Backup Electricity Generator is not available for either of main buildings or the many standalone cottages. 2) Only Public Transport to Concord is once-a-week, by request only CAT BUS. 3) Abysmally low = poor Cell phone connectivity.

This new management makes us, residents feel like we matter. Frank our new maintenance supervisor is friendly, capable, right on and there to help! I am a retired RN and have lived at White Rock SL going on 8 years.I have lived in several apartments complexes in the area. None compare to the high quality of the apartments,Management and Maintenance I have found here at White Rock. The interior and grounds are maintained beautifully.The Management and Maintenance staff are top notch, friendly and approachable. It is a fun place to live and plenty of activities to enjoy.I've made so many friendships here. You are not just a Renter here but part of a large family! So happy to live here!

High praise in all aspects! My aunt has lived in the apartments for several years and loves it. My parents have rented one of the condo cottages for 11 years and we have all loved it. Now it is time to downsize, and we didn't want to look elsewhere, so they are also going into the apartments. The management have always been responsive, caring, and compassionate - Rich and Darlene are the best! The maintenance staff are all professional and caring as well and the quality of upkeep and care is impressive. Going on 12 years and I don't know of a complaint my parents have ever had - just compliments. Also important is the quality of the people in the community - beyond the staff, the residents are so friendly! My siblings and I are appreciative for all that they have done and continue to do for our family members and consider ourselves fortunate to be a part of this community.

Both of my grandmothers lived at this community in Bow NH for over 15 years. Upon moving out our family gave the usual 30 day notice and performed all necessary cleaning and removal of belongings. The apartments were left immaculate, with no damages. However neither one of my grandmothers received their security deposits. Why ? Because you need to give a 60 day notice, which is not clearly stated in the lease agreement. I work in leasing offices and most noticed are only 30 day but not here, and the deceptive manner in which this complex explains the termination of lease is wrong. Be warned.

Small, neat place for my mom. One concern is the increase in rent for fixed income folks most years and this year during a pandemic. Pretty cold move. Just an observation.
