The Waterfalls is well maintained, exquisitely landscaped , well lit, inviting community. Lidia , the Property Manger was professional, accommodating, helpful and patient . She helped us pick the apartment we truly love. The apartment floor plan is open , clean, new appliances , and flooring , the closets are huge and plentiful and include a "California Closet " system which everyday amazes me. There is a lovely clubhouse with two pool tables and a large tv . The laundry is onsite but not like any laundromat I ever saw - beautiful exotic plants with a view of the waterfalls . They also have a ballroom , outside barbecue area and lovely people. Thank you Lidia'

Everyone that is in charge of this complex is first class all the way from the front office staff to the maintenance in charge of lawns and grounds they are all 100% percent professional. And if you ever have a problem or need help with anything, once they receive the written notification from you it's handled the next day. I highly recommend this place as a 55+ five star facility. Even the landscaping is the most beautiful I have ever seen in an apartment complex. The luxury of the apartments and grounds far surpass the price of the units.
