I been here for six months and it reminds me of a child's day care. The properly needs to be maintained better than it is for the amount of money that we have to pay. They have kids on the property playing in the apartments and disturbing tenants that are on medication. We have security but you can't tell because you never see them. People are loud coming down the hall ways without any regards to the older tenants. The hallways and staircases are dirty maintenance have no clue how to maintain a building or property. Theirs abandoned vehicles that needs to be taken away so we can have available space to park. So you tell me is it worth it ?

It's not a bad place to live. High office staff turnover. The goings on above on-site management level are concealed such that residents would not know who the next layer of management is. Sudden and unexplained transitions in mgt. leave us in the dark how to best have a collective voice in what occurs here. I thought Syretta and Nedra were the best communicators, but they are gone. Two cops live here occupy four parking spaces. There was an obvious security service for a while, but that was two setsa of managers ago. Property grounds are nicely kept and well-lit. Residents are sort of friendly. A gated community is only as good as the number of strangers let into the property and buildings day and night. Needs a bigger maintenance staff and regular mandated pest control. My a/c and refrigerator get "Bandaid repairs," but they do not last. Individual apartments are nice, and the location off of I-285 is convenient with a MARTA stop across the street. A bit of a food desert. Mixed feelings, obviously.

I have renewed my lease for September. This is my third year here and I am very happy.The staff including maintenance are polite and friendly.

Very clean well maintained property outside & inside. The staff here also are very friendly. I especially like the monthly newsletter & bulliten board that feature announcements and monthly events.

I moved in officially in September and since being here I am loving my new place.The staff is very friendly and gets the job done.I would definitely recommend the retreat to my friends and family. My one year anniversary here at the retreat was September 1st 2018, and I am very happy with living here.The staff is always helpful,friendly and polite with me.
