I've been in the area for over 40 years. My late husband and I applied but at that time we were too young. I Love it here my circle of friends are outside these walls. But I get along with my senior seniors great. Some tenants that are my age or slightly younger or older ill leave it to your imagination.

This is a lovely place for affordable 55+ housing. The apartments are spacious and bright with central air and laundry in each building. Grounds are well kept and buildings are well maintained and safe.

Next month I will have lived at Stonecrest for 12 years having moved here from Western NY. I never regretted that decision. I'm retired and wanted to be closer to family. I love my apartment, my neighbors have become good friends, and the area is centrally located to stores, banks, and restaurants. I can walk up Mt Ebo Road N and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. Our property manager is great, caring, and helpful, and sees that, for example, announcements and notes of interest are posted or sent out in robo calls. The property supervisor sees that the lawns, gardens, and buildings are carefully tended. Being able to rent the clubhouse for a birthday party in February was a highlight for my family. The selling of my house and move here was the best choice I ever made.
