"I've been here for at least three (3) years, possibly closer to four (4). The management and staff treat me decently and with respect. They are on top of all of my requests. They always seem to be willing and able to listen. I can't think of a valid reason to complain. If I ever do, I'll share it. The management tries to run this place decently and properly. I LOVE my view!"

Submitted my Paperworks to apply for an Apartment on 30 May 2023. Approve for an Apartment 02 June 2023. Started moving in on 5 June 2023 and completed moving in on 15 June 2023. Nice and quiet. Rent $575.00 per month. Gas for the Range/Oven Free. Electricity per month.

Skyrise seems to be more than a fair choice for price quality ratio in Rockford, and the new management seemes to do a very good job so far. Beside, it has facilities that others doesn't have, and is in a very convenient location. Walking distance from main attractions.
