I have been a Resident of River Run Apts for about 6 months now. I am very impressed with the staff here. They are always friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are always clean, yards are beautifully maintained and the property is safe and continually being painted and improved. Service requests are handled promptly. Staff is always willing to help with questions. I feel safe and at home here. Keep up the great work all River Run Staff!!

From Hero to Zero.After waiting over 2 years, I got in .It was a blessing.Now having been here over 2 years ,I feel helpless.Within 1 week I could see paint peeling off the kitchen cabinets and falling into the food preparation area and floor.The hospital like lower toilet had rust running down the bowl. I could see inside the toilet tank that the bolts that hold everything together was rusted and now looks like a glob that will break .When they showed me the Apt .the leasing agent told me it's very low& if it's a problem just call & we'll change the toilet.Even with a doctor's note which is what they require now they said I have a regular toilet &refused.The office toilet is 3 inches taller than mine.I would have been happy with a modified toilet seat,but I was told "oh ,we change the whole toilet ".There changing the cabinets in the next building when they can change the paint in my apartment.This has been a health problem since the paint can fall everywhere.I personally know women who have gotten new toilets,& other things done ! I tried to get a different parking space since day one.I know two women that got their space changed.One has a leaking car roof so they gave her a covered spot.The other had someone get in her car and they managed to find a spot.With me they acted like it was an unsolvable problem.Everyone has a parking spot.Even if you don't have a car . They need to have a better system so the visitors can be under the tree,not the tenant.I know there plan in the other building is to change toilets and cabinet as people leave etc Give this man a break.I know the people with power read this,so contact me and help out asap.I couldn't figure out how to post pictures I took, But I believe I painted a picture of this place.

I have resided at River Run Senior Apartments owned by Avanath management for approximately 12 yearsI have been extremely happy with the service requests and any issues that may have occurred during my residency. I live on the 3rd and have always felt very secure and appreciate the fact this is a gated community with assigned parking.

I have been currently working on the solar on this property and the management and coordinators are well organized and easy to set up scheduling. They have assisted me with no problems and have been very accommodating. One of their coordinators especially, Kaliyah always has a smile on her face , and anytime I needed maintenance or manager she has assisted me quickly with a smile. They are extremely big on safety and considerate of their tenants. Out of all the property I’ve worked on they stand above the rest.

Pool is freezing cold and they refuse to warm it.many seniors have arthritis and greatly benefit from water aerobics, however we need warm water, not cold. I don’t think that management is very considerate of seniors needs .

I’m a taken by the experienced staff that work at this location aside from the location itself as I am searching for a place for my mother I spoke with the woman by the name of Angela M unfortunately, this is all I know of her she was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and considerate to my mother’s needs, as well as professional. I am considering bringing my grandmother along, as well as my grandfather, as I would like to have them all living at the same community. I will be returning to schedule these appointments for all three of them. I am looking forward to being delighted by Angela’s presence. Thank you for your time Angela I will be returning soon.

The gates are very hard to unlock, feel like my key is going to break off. Parking spaces are so narrow, handicap people can’t get in or out of car without a lot of pain! This issue should definitely be remedied! Need more handicap parking. The hallways aren’t cleaned and the smell haunts it. Perhaps those air fresheners that spray on and off should be installed. Front room very small. I like living here but these issues have to be listened to and all the tenants. Great thing is the bathrooms are big!

Mgt. and Maint. are polite, the grounds are kept clean & neat, response to a maintenance call is quick (depending on the emergency), gates are fixed as soon as the company can get here. Every week day there is something going on at the clubhouse for those who want to socialize. The bldg where I live, we help each other without getting into each other's business for those who want privacy. I am very happy to be here.

My grandparents have been living here for years, I like that it's gated, and love the landscaping, with lots of lush green and flowers. Also has a little fenced in dog area, and the folks are very friendly.
