Retreat at Trinity is like living in a resort! I truly love It!! I have lived here twice and was sorry the first time I moved out but was lucky enough to get back in!! I recommend it highly to anyone!! The staff Matt and Melissa are by far the best ever!! They go above and beyond!! They will know your name immediately. They have a great maintenance staff as well!! So helpful, very polite and everyone is always smiling!! Need something fixed , anything, they are on top of it. Need help with something they will do that too!! Come and go as you please with nothing to worry about!! Beautiful grounds as well! Packages delivered to your door. I will highly recommend the Retreat at Trinity to everyone!! Thank you for my time here Matt and Melissa and staff!! You truly are a Godsend!! You are amazing and deserve higher than a five star!! Multiply that times 10. I will be around the area and continue to see my friends and do my airport runs and help anyone if they need it. Love you all and you are not rid of me lol keep up the great work and personalities!!! NOTHING NOT TO LIKE!!!

I am a third year resident at The Retreat. The physical campus is outstanding and well maintained. Most important is the management team. The staff is very attentive to our needs and really makes you feel at HOME. There are are activities for every one which foster greater opportunity to meet your `neighbors. Your maintenance needs are addressed promptly by superb professionals. If you are looking for a place, this is where you want to be.

this review was for anybody's thinking of looking for a place to call home in a 55 and over community I guess I'm going to be going on my 7th year and I didn't think I'd last one year in an apartment after living in a home my whole life but this is my home. The apartment is kept meticulously the grounds Kept meticulously the maintenance is on top of everything the young lady who runs the Jill Williams is one of the most proactive managers there is taking care of problems before their problems the area is a nice area they are shopping there were hospitals you near the highway you're 20 minutes away from downtown Tampa we have everything you need within a couple of blocks it really is a great place to call home the staff is great from Ray Christian and Myron take care of any problems you have at your apartment and maintain daily you have Melissa downstairs who is always there to answer any questions or need you have and their team lead or the manager Matt doesn't look to just maintain the building but always what he could do to improve this building and I'm very surprised and pleased so if you're looking for a place that is just about totally carefree way you don't have to worry about even changing a lightbulb dollar for dollar The retreat at Trinity delivers. A few extra items movie theaters we have food delivered from time to time snacks a pool room with a pool table in a heated swimming pool year-round swimming a craft room and even with this lockdown Jill still stays proactive and you still feel connected to the community and never feel alone even when we were stuck in our apartments with this coronavirus and enclosing I just want to say thank you all the staff for looking after and taking care of all of my needs thank you thank you thank you. PS If you're looking for an apartment do yourself a favor come take a tour and put your name on the waiting list you will not be disappointed at all.

The apartment itself is stunningly beautiful, with modern furnishings and tasteful decor that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I have Family who Lives there. They are happy with the place after being there Over 6 mo.. There Only Gripe is Not about the Retreat, But they find a number of the Residents to be a Bunch of Busy Bodies. Wanting to know All about Your Business. But That's NOT a Reflection on the Retreat but just about some of their Residents. Otherwise I'm Told that there are a Number of Activities, and Get Togethers to Help aid in their Community Feel.

Moved in here a month ago and this was the best decision ever! Moving from a home was very stressful but the staff made the transition so easy. Love all the amenities and events. Would recommend this place to anyone. We love it here!

I've been living here since 2017, and I could not be happier the staff here with Matt, Melissa, Ray, Christian, and Myron take care of this place like it's their home. The amenities are amazing the care they give the grounds is amazing. It's beautiful everything about this apartment complex is amazing I cannot overstate that enough location, amenities cleanliness, friendliness, quietness excellent place to live. I love love it.

We have been at the Retreat for 4 plus years and find it is a very nice place to live and have developed some good friends also. The walking trail around the lake is a very large part of my enjoyment of living here. My morning walks allow me to view numerous birds, rabbits, deer and gators as well as meeting some other walkers daily.

My brother Matt has been living at the Retreat at Trinity for about six years now and he's so happy there. The staff is great. A shout out to the new manager Matt and to Melissa. Every time I come to visit my brother I'm so impressed about that way the grounds are kept. The pool is spotlessly clean. The grass is always well manicured. There's coffee available in the lobby and lots of get-togethers are scheduled for the community. What a great place to live!

Both kitchen sinks were plugged up and dishwasher overflowing til I clicked it shut. Mike was there within 15 minutes of my call (on Sunday, Labor Day weekend). Within an hour and a half, he had fixed the problem and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. Very cheerful person with a can do attitude.

Moved into the Retreat 3 months ago. Management and maintenance are terrific. Property is kept in excellent condition. Neighbors are very friendly and courteous. There is something to do most days. Buildings are kept very clean. At last I made a great move after selling my house. Malls and banks as well as restaurants and hospitals, fire dept and sheriff's office are all within 5 minute drive. If I give the Retreat 5 stars then it's outstanding. I rarely rate anything over 3 stars.
