The staff and maintenance team here are outstanding. Every time I’ve needed anything, the response has been quick, professional, and respectful. Andrew from maintenance is incredibly efficient, and Richard in the office is always helpful and on top of things. What stands out even more is how friendly they all are ” they greet you with a smile, remember who you are, and treat you like a valued resident. It really makes a difference living somewhere with such a positive, responsive team. Highly recommend.

We had a small issue with replacing some consumables, and received a call the next day to inform us that it will be taken care immediately, and it was. Holly Oliver, and Andrew the service technician expedited the parts, and the issue was solved. Thanks again Team Redwood...!

Really responsive to needs. Great staff. But when the rent was being increased by $275 a month that was it for us. Told it was to keep up with market rates but no value was added to that $275. No club house, no pool, nothing added. So we moved to a place where there was more value for the money. Redwood apartments are nice but we're not rich.

I have lived here for six months, and I see myself staying for at least five years or longer. The area is convenient to stores, banks, gyms, restaurants, and parks. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with sidewalks all around. The management is helpful and the maintenance department is professional. Having a two bedroom, two bath, two car attached garage is the best!
