I have been in Phoenix Towers for over a year now and have few complaints and none relating to the management or work on the building. The "worst" part of living here are the other residents who tend to try and find a way to complain about just about anything when they get minutely irked about something. The Management has been very prompt and accurate when they tell us things will be off or changed or going through renovation. They have always given at least a 3 day notice when possible about things like water being turned off and renovations on elevators slowing things down - most recently the water was going to be shut off and I (and everyone) on my floor was given 4 days notice and on the day of water bottles were available on the first floor and some brought to every door. Beyond caring for our comfort there are things such as Peace Meal coming for lunch every weekday with free meals for residents and extra food from food pantries being available for all residents. The place is exceedingly safe, with my only incident being a resident having a mental episode which is just going to happen with elderly and disabled living. The management handled it as best they could and I have not had a similar problem since. Management is respectful, informative, and trained to deal with mental issues - however, they aren't miracle workers or here to assuage all anxiety or discomfort a resident may have. If you follow rules, have mediocre reading comprehension, and can stand boomer-types being boomer-like this place is a Gods-send and haven for the ones who can make it on the lease.

During those 20 years Phoenix towers was managed by a marvelous woman I'm sorry I can't remember her name but the building was very well maintained and very clean with activities and they welcome to The Toenail Lady I must have had 50 clients in the place love you all!
