We are a Non-Profit organization in Fontana called Water of Life Community Church, and within this church there is a part of the church called CityLink where we serve low-income and the homeless community working to empower, and instill hope by providing services to ultimately get our clients housed. In order to be successful we need collaborations from property managers, landlords, and community leaders. What makes this complex so amazing, is the staff here at Parkside Senior Apartments. Not only is Kenya very reliable and friendly but the fact that everyone here is very much intentional and want to help those who are in need.

I was so impressed with the high level of professionalism exhibited by the Executive Director, Mr. Carlton. He was so responsive and informative. Very rarely do you encounter someone as efficient as Mr. Carlton. It can be stressful to find a loving home for an elder. I would trust Parkside Senior Apartments completely! Don't go anywhere else. This is a wonderful community! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Tangie, the Business Office Manager, is so knowledgeable, involved and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions. All of the residents seemed to have a great connection with her and had nothing but good things to say. this place is certainly a hidden gem. I would recommend checking this place out if you are looking for senior living for you our your loved one. It felt safe, secure, clean, and affordable. Also, the apartment sizes are amazing! Especially with all of the recent upgrades.

The staff members are especially helpful, courteous, gracious and very professional. Namely, Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Tangee, and Mr. Tony. They have made my stay here delightful. The community itself is peaceful and quiet. I have found the residents that I've interacted with to be friendly; which is always a good situation.

I love Parkside senior apartments staff and caregivers. From management to the those who make everything work properly. My mom has been a resident for over 2 years. She loves it there. Her favorite saying to people coming in is "You won't like it here, you'll love it!" The residents are all family to one another. When I am in need, they help me out. Always there with an ear to listen. I love Parkside Senior Apartments!Thank you for being there for our loved ones and providing a safe place for them. When during this time of Covid 19 they were on top of all the health and safety issues before orders even came out with guidelines! Made me feel very secure that my mother was ther and safe. Management has taken numerous steps to keep the residents safe during this pandemic virus quarantine period. All employees have stepped up and often out of their usual roles when needed, to be sure any concerns of the residents are addressed. From food service to trash pick up, they have increased their services so that residents don’t have to leave their apartment and violate social distancing regulations and risk becoming infected.

Katheryn and I Paul have lived here for 8 years now and we LOVE it. Kenya Carlton the Executive Director is always improving our community every year. Starting with the new washers in the laundry rooms and dryers, dog park, other common areas. Activity room is a great area where you can play games and watch movies, or just have a common area to relax in daily. The dinning room serves 3 great meals prepared by of Chef Josh and his staff and served with a smile. They come out daily to make sure you don't need anything and see how the meal was. The housekeeping is very good and honest when they clean your room, they try to come as close as possible to cleaning the way you like your room since you have the same housekeeper. Ed is the Director of environmental services and he fixes items it seem as if soon as it is requested, it is amazing that he can do so much alone. With the 24 hour security and the cameras, and gated community you feel very safe. These are some of the reason we have and will continue to refer people to live her. We would invite anyone that is looking for a place for them self or a loved one to come have lunch and meet with Kenya or Cara she is assisting with Marketing at this time just give it a try you will love it too.

Pardon my late review. I found Leisure Pointe to be an awesome outstanding facility. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the personnel staff while visiting and moving my parents in. Starting w Mr Kenya the Director, office manager Tangi, sales director Charlie, head of security Dee. Activity-director Halie, beauty & barber salon Cindy, transportation driver Allan and maintenance personnel. Even the dining room servers, where I’ve enjoyed some wonderful meals with my parents, in their beautiful dining room with a wonderful table setting. These personnel staff members have so much compassion for their residence and their services they put out daily for them. I’ve honestly seen this first hand. It gave me the comfort and feeling of safeguard in placing my parents in their 5 STAR facility while I return home to North Carolina. I’ve enjoyed seeing all the facility has to offer. Starting with secured grounds and gates. A wonderful back courtyard and relaxing front entrance, well kept with beautiful flowers and much more. I truly appreciate them and I highly recommend those who are looking for a outstanding home for their own loved ones. Thank you Leisure Pointe for all you do. I am a hospice nurse and have the pleasure of working closely with the staff at Leisure Pointe. I have taken care of some of the residents and have done inservices for staff and residents as well. The Administrator Kenya is very helpful, pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. Hailey (the activity coordinator) is friendly, very caring and is always available to help the residents. Tanji is warm, friendly and always has a smile, ready to help... All of the care staff is great...I have spoken to many residents there and they report they feel very Supported, comfortable and happy. Thank you Leisure Pointe for all you do!

Charlie, Kenya, and the staff are extremely welcoming. The apartments are in a gated community and have 24-hour security. You will not find more amenities that are included for your buck in any other place in town.

We were in a tight spot, and with Kenya's assistance we were able to move my brother in the day after we called. He helped us through the process, and was very attentive and caring. My brother has been there for almost 5 years now, and it has been a great home for him. The staff are responsive, and having the dining hall has been a great help. This is independent living, it's a great transition from being on their own, before needing assisted living.

This is a great place for your senior relatvies to live. I am glad I trusted them to serve on my family. There is a lady by the name Tangie that's been working there for awhile now, and she has always provided 5 star service. When you call, she picks up the phone and is always polite. When she worked in the kitchen she knew what everyone wanted before they got seated in the dining room. I just kind of observed her while I visit my grand mother, and it was so amazing to see how each person she greeted was left with the contagiousness of her heart, and smile. She made sure when you walk out of her presence the rest of your day was fufulled with love care and consern. Thanks to Tangie for all her hard work.

I used to be a cook at leisure pointe in San Bernardino. I lovws it there. The staff made me feel like part of the community. The executive director Kenya Carlton was always going above and beyond for his residents and employees. If I didn't move I would not have left. One thing that will always stick with me was when Kenya said "I cannot control the outside encienviron but I can control the environment within the community." That's exactly what he's been doing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My mother was having more and more trouble taking care of herself this last summer. I knew the time had come to find a new place for her to stay, where she could have the assistance she needed while still retaining her independence. With the very limited funds we had available to us, the outlook wasn’t particularly good of finding a place that we could afford and still get the help my mother needed. I was so surprised when I stumbled upon Leisure Pointe. The amount of services provided (e.g. housekeeping, meals, activities, utilities, etc.) for the very reasonable price (I found facilities that were charging around twice as much for the same amenities) was the icing on the cake. The real treasure of Leisure Pointe is its staff. There has not been a single time I’ve visited (which is a considerable amount) that I didn’t feel very welcome and that those working on behalf of the seniors didn’t truly care for them. At the end of the day, this caring attitude comes from the top down. Kenya Carlton, the executive director, is one of the more genuine and kind-hearted people that I have ever met. He was the ultimate reason I felt comfortable relocating my mother to this new life, that she enjoys so much more than her pre-assisted living days. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have previously lived at Leisure Pointe. It is a very good, comfortable place to live. There are many activities, good monitoring of the residents for safety, their medical needs, if any, and the food service of delivery, as well as regular housekeeping and transportation is something we need to consider. Leisure Pointe has it all and more, and all for an affordable price. The 5 star rating on its food quality is well earned.

i am a local musician who provides entertainment to Leisure Pointe once a month for lunchtimes, and i have always been met with smiling faces around here from day one! The facilities are very nice, with at least two pianos for the residents to serenade each other, and the staff are all kindly and know each of the residents by name.... The folks in the Activities Department go out of their way to create fun events and provide a stimulating atmosphere every week, and i have heard nothing but good things from the residents about their Leisure Pointe experience! ‘‘

This place is awesome! I have lived here for 5 years now, and couldn't ask for a better community. The staff is polite, caring and courteous especially the front office staff. All of the staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make a difference for each person. They go above and beyond to make a connection to every resident and treat us like family. The kitchen staff is superb, and the food is out of this world, better than any restaurant! The private caregivers that work in the community are a great asset to have available for those of us who need a bit of help. I love the atmosphere here. Even if I am having a bad day, coming out of my apartment puts me in a wonderful mood. The activities are great and there is always something going on. I feel safe and secure in this community. I have lived here now over a month and I love it. The staff is wonderful & very helpful, as are the residents. As a single woman, I feel very safe & secure. We have weekly activities and we are getting more in daily, which makes the day more fun and go by quickly. The prices are reasonable for all the meals & services in which they provided. Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
