Very dear friend lives there. She can not get work done on unit. Kitchen floor cracked and discolored carpet needs replaced. She was promised all these when she moved on 8 years ago nothing done! Management horrible changed so many times. Have been turned into Hud and City of Fort Collins and still nothing getting fixed but managers office getting new floors just because they are seniors they are not stupid and need things Done...would never recommend to anyone!!!

I moved here three months ago from out of state and at first I wasn't very happy with the inside of the building as there is no air-conditioning. I did get an air conditioner and was moved into a very updated apartment. That looks very nice. Has nice laminated hardwood floors, and since I have been here, they have been remodeling And updating with very nice cabinets floors, etc. they are planning after the apartments are remodeled to do all of the inside community room while there is no one in the office ever it would be nice to have someone to ask questions. The only people we have are the maintenance men who are very helpful and one social worker who is here part time. overall, I am now happier here than I was when I first came One thing that could be better is the dog traffic through the building and the barking some of them do not
