Not a horrible place as i have been here 4 years but for the past two months my central AC has not worked. Its summer and i m a senior . Every time I ask the front desk about this maintenance say they are waiting on a part. They have put a portable AC in my window that only keeps my living room cool. Its summer in Vegas and i am melting. Update......ac is fixed and all is well.

The apts are very large for wheelchairs or ? Maintenance is great about responding quickly. My only problem is my downstairs neighbor who plays music extremely loud past 10pm & nothing is done about it. Now he's gathering ppl outside & drinking, talking ,laughing, whistling. Pretty miserable lately.

Complex is not 55 and older there are so many kids that live in this complex. It is ridiculous. And you can park under the covered parking if you have a parking permit. You've got people that don't have parking permits that Park under the covered parking. Or most of all you get their family visiting thinking that they can park wherever in covered parking. The kids are in building 8 building 6 building 7. They have destroyed this property. The tenants that are not a buying by the rules the lease. Should be fined. They are responsible for their guests a lot of them tenants that is don't give a rat's behind. That is pretty much the only thing that I do not like about this property. I moved here because it was 55 and older. I raised my two kids. I don't like hearing people's kids running up and down throwing rocks screaming and yelling and sitting on people's cars. And then also you've got people that are smoking everything in their apartments. And there's no smoking on the premises. And no children are supposed to live here. All those two rules are broken every single day. And it's really bad that there's notices that have been put out regarding no smoking on premises I'm in building five I got people that live behind me first floor and the second floor that smoke in their apartments I come home my apartment smells like a damn bar. It is in the lease no smoking. I don't smoke and when I did I smoked outside. I should not be subjected to smoke. I was gone for a whole weekend I come back Sunday and it smells like somebody was in my apartment smoking. Just last October. This post is being sent April 6th 2026. The beginning of my post was about 4 months ago. I have complained multiple times to the office regarding the smoke. And the kids running around destroying the property and nothing. The main thing is the cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment from people that smoke in their apartment. I pay my rent on time my apartment is clean. I should not be subjected to secondhand smoke.

As an update Manager Cindy reached out and my refund was received January 22, 2026. ********************************* Lived there six years moved August 2025Still waiting on refund of my deposit! After final walk thru with Tania Leasing Mgr advised refund minus $125 cleaning fee to be refunded .. all on video. All my mail has been received at new address. Tania has reached out to corporate owners New Earth Residential and I’ve called them and Regional Manager was to call me backthat was two weeks ago no response. I’m 70 years old and to be treated like this is sadfor my deposit refund of $283. I will not stop paid my rent on time even with the constant annual increases without 30 days notices. Tania has been great but New Earth ..not so much.

This is the place seniors go to transition unfortunately!! My mother lived here for about 3 years. She transitioned in 2019 , while there with my Mother SO many people passed in this apartment complex. It was a lot of shady stuff going on also DRUGS galore. I really wish my mom never moved in LAKE TONOPAH APARTMENTS. On the bright side it looks like they put some faux wood floors in GRAY to remodel and the pool STILL closed? Been closed since Covid

I was sent over by Gabriella from Sunrise Senior Village, Cindy property manager is awesome. The first day I went in was a misunderstanding with other workers in the office, so I left. Then I get a phone call from Cindy apologizing for the misunderstanding. Cindy made sure we were taking care of. We handled a lot over the phone & email. Came in the next morning & Cindy & I had a great first meeting. Cindy just like Gabriella goes above and beyond for their customers. 5 stars for Gabriella Sunrise Senior Village & 5 stars for Cindy Lake Tonopah Senior Living Thank you to both Gabriella and Cindy ’’’’’

I can honestly say that I am overjoyed with the way that the staff,(office and maintenance) has treated me and welcomed me into this community!!! The staff members, Tamia, Sabrina, Tanya and Cindy, are a blessing to the ownership of Lake Tonopah Senior Living Community!! They go about their jobs above, beyond and out of their way to welcome you into what they call your home for life!! That's exactly what they made me feel and believe that I had to look no further. I am home!!! I don't want to leave out the maintenance crew especially Mike. They work so hard to keep your dwelling working, running and feeling top notch in my living space. I appreciate and love you guys for your commitment to me and the rest of the community!!!

Leasing agents (Sabrina and Tamia) were both extremely helpful. and I felt very comfortable speaking with them. They answered all of my questions and then some. They expressed great incite and knowledge of the property and it's community. On my guided tour of the property, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the outside and the inside of the facility, as well. This 3-Star review is well deserved.

We left Lafayette Louisiana to move to Las Vegas Nevada and this is the first place we look at and we are still here we are very and truly gifted to move here because Cindy and her staff are very very intelligent their personality is very well spoken. Moved in November last year 2024. I love the staff. They are very caring and loving of their tenants. I’m very satisfied with Lake Tonopah community. I’m very satisfied Living here. If you have an issue with anything that breaks or goes wrong, call them and they’re on it right away. I love that about them. I've lived at Lake Tonopah Apartments for about 4 years. Whenever I have a maintenance concern someone comes by to check it out within 24 hours. During hurricane Hilary my roof started leaking. Within a few months a roofing company had been hired and replaced the felt roofing which required removing all the roof tiles on my section of roof. It hasn't leaked since. A shout-out to all involved! Since my living here, Lake Tonopah Apartments has updated and replaced the landscaping irrigation and planted new tree's and bushes which is an AAA+++ improvement. I would definitely recommend Lake Tonopah Apartments as your next home.

I have been here a few years and my experience has been wonderful very helpful staff and utility workers, whenever i send a request or work order it was non hesitant the assistance came right away. i am very happy to be a part of the residence here. i love the activity and the gatherings in the community room. The property is clean and well kept the customer service greeting is with a smile and concerns of your needs weekly activities from free meals to health issues are demonstrated in house along with community activity recourses scheduled on the monthly calendar there’s no hesitation for your issues to be addressed by the on site maintenance crew plus an emergency services is available after hours ..the pool is open 24 but the gym computer lab and the Club House are open for your convenience during office hoursThe property have been a safe environment for residents who have dwell here for many years security monitoring is available for safety

I haven't had any major problems living here, the staff is friendly & maintenance is prompt. Although l do think we should be able to have our carpets cleaned at no cost to us ( the tenant ) every couple years. It's normal wear & tear. And for God sake, put some green in here. It looks like as little as possible was done to landscape here. And l am aware of the water conservation here & everywhere in the valley. Overall lm comfortable living here, it just looks like nobody gave a dang where the landscape is concerned. Because of all rock & more rock & more rock it's not a pleasant place to do my walks or even drive thru when coming & going. Also don't get hung up on what alot of people have to say about other people, some people aren't happy unless they are talking badly about others. All & all ( aside from the landscape ) l like it here.

This is my second residency at Lake Tonopah it's a nice place to live. It's not a complete senior complex because 55 year olds can have kids too. They're good kids. Everybody has a dog but overall they pick up after their pets. Office staff has been stable and not a high turnover so that's a good thing. They have nice events for the community. They respond to work orders within 24 hours. The pool could be cleaner n heated for year round swimming. I wish the rent didn't have to go up every year though, that would be nice.

I moved here 2 years ago after retiring from California. I love living in this place. Staff and maintenance are great and the property is always clean. But, being on a fixed income my rent has gone up and it's my understanding it probably will go up again, and soon it will surpassed my income leaving me homeless and I really don't want to move , couldn't afford it if had to. The gate is always broken, there's no security and there are people sleeping in their cars on the property. That's why I'm giving it four stars because there's no way of telling other people that's not tenants to not park under the shade parking spaces. No one to hold the outsiders accountable. To me, my rent is of a luxury apartment but the living is like in the projects, which means anybody and everybody can come on this property and park anywhere. They want leave broken cars and I thought the tow truck driver would come through at least twice a week and check on that. Well that's all I have to say right now.

I can honestly say, Cindy has an amazing staff! The young ladies' (Tanya and Jaylene) has an amazing personality and excellent customer service/care. They go above and beyond to assist in matters concerning the residence. As always, the maintenance personnel are great. Finally, an honest and cheerful staff. Mahalo nui loa ame malama pono.

My mom recently got really ill and the manager Omar was super helpful not only did he have a very amazing and caring personality but he went over and above to help me. I have never met anyone who was so willing to do whatever he could to make sure we were satisfied and our needs were met I really wouldn’t know what I would have have done without him. Been here over 10 years. The manager Cindy has been here the entire time. For the last 5 years, just want to get out of here. Thin walls, landscape of pebbles. Maintenance is solid. Lot of pure privacy gets invaded with Bi- monthly walk thrus. Neighbors all have same thoughts. Staff really needs to learn to show more empathy. We are seniors, our complaints are still valid!
