Since 2020 there has been a revolving door of managers and maintenance guys working here. Too many changes have made this place go downhill. Another manager quit in July 2024. The owners need to pay these managers and maintenance people more money and get the building updated. The lack of management since 2020 shows with all the lack of maintenance. All hallways need to be painted and flooring replaced (shampooing the hallways might be good enough), many apartments complain about the AC/heater being broken, water damage, windows broken (not cracked, but so worn they need replaced), and the problem with the garbage usually happens when in-between managers. Plus they still need to hire maintenance people (probably 3 minimum), and it would be nice to have a coordinator again to help residents file for utility help and other services. There is much potential this building could be for seniors, but it requires staff that stays long enough to file for grants and get repairs done.

I disagree with all the other review Carol does a great job me and my husband was living in a mobile home that should never been sold we were in need of a safe home and carol did everything she could to get us in I call this my mansion we love it here the people are all so nice and everybody help each other it a great place to call hom

Management is rude, not a people person, gives the impression that rent is all that matters, neighborhood not safe for the elderly to walk around in, should have some type of security but does not, BUILDING IS BED BUG INFESTED, rent should be fixed for the units available, not worth the rent.
