have had a problem with mice coming in through my heater vents for the past 4yrs since they renovated and Keeler Park has done nothing to stop this problem. Keeler Park has a major mice infestation problem.

Living here so far has been disappointing, to say the least. 1. Dogs shouldn't be allowed in apts PERIOD. All day, i gotta listen to annoying dogs barking from neighbors hour on end, and their owners do nothing to shut them up. 2. The delta sonic car wash/gas station in front of the buildings does NOTHING to control noise coming from their customers with LOUD music from their cars lining up to wash their cars. So you will be spending all day listening to loud music and having your windows rattle from the bass of their customers' cars. These are just some of the many reasons why I'm disappointed. My hope is that management at least tries to work out solutions to these concerns.

Mom lives here. Havent been here 3 months and the toilet overflowed 2x the kitchen sink is leaking. And we didint get cable till a few days after the move in when they were supposed to gab e it ready for us the day of

I went here to search for apartments but the floor pan I do not like they were small okay for someone who just went to have a place to come in and sleep but together with family I feel is clouster phobius and parking is terrible but again is the good place and fare rent price utilities are included

There great apartments have been here for going on 12years. They will work with you if work with them. And they do work on maintaining the building.
