A quiet and secure place to live. I come to visit my in-laws and everything is always clean and orderly. The residents are friendly and the complex offers great amenities.

Not kept up , yard is horrible , cracks in walls and ceiling where it settled and no one has fixed or painted over to cover cracks .Raised rent so high , a lot are moving out , I am when my lease is up ! Suppose to be government guide lines for rent .They do not follow, or didn't we me since this this management took over ! Moved there 2017 and wanted live there for ever ! But not now !

Very clean property! Staff is very helpful and attentive. Maintenance goes above and beyond to keep units and property in amazing condition. Andres is very helpful with resident works orders and with a smile on his face! I rate 10/10

This place is not a good place for elderly's to live. You can't get in the building, They have to come downstairs to let you in because it's not even a Code Box outside the door. They only use fobs to get in. And I think that's pathetic, my mother can't get around that well, my sister have to be there with her to let anyone in after 5. Oh I didn't mention it is Roach infested, And they don't exterminate often My sisters and I have to do this for my mother.
